This listing is f or a 2007 Cate rpillar 277B compact track loader. This machine has 3250 hours and starts and run very well. It has pilot controls. The left side track was just replaced and the undercarriage was rebuilt. The right side track was replaced and the undercarriage was rebuilt less than 500 hours ago. This machine is equipped with cab. Heat and a/c although the heat and a/c are not working. I bought this CAT 277B new in 2007 from Caterpillar of Orlando(Ring Power) It has 235 total hours of use. It has been stored inside since new and the CAT looks& runs almost like brand new. All service has been done by Ring Power of Orlando(our CAT dealer) This 277B has a very tight cab(almost no dust gets in) due to a lot of extra sealing work our CAT dealer did.
