2000 Cat 246 Skid Steer
Bidding on a 2000 cat 246 turbo skid steer. i use this machine in my lawncare business and have had no problems with it since i bought back in 2008. i have upgraded to a bigger track machine so i no longer have a use for this one. machine is in good working order. Hydraulic Pump Flow(Standard and are strong no leaks. engine runs smooth and uses no oil no leaks. brake is good all switches work horn works back up alarm is unhooked but will work.lights all around. has one busted tail lights but they stay busted anyway.has new tires 14ply with rim guard lande nd max 95% tread these tires are not solid but they have steel plate inside tire that stops nails ect. I also have another set of rims and tires that i'll throw in. sorry no pic only thing this machine needs is a new seat but if your like me old ripped seats are fine with me. i.m still ... moreusing this machine around shop so it may have a few more hours than stated. At around 2500 hours the motor was replaced with a reman motor, she purrs like a kitten New battery. Good seat Freshly and well greased machine. Pins and bushing are very tight except for 2 pins by the quick attach plate, they are about 65% Get the great benefits of a tracked and wheeled machine in one package here. Great for excavating and snow plowing Comes with a brand new ... more80" bucket and brand new tires! The loegering system is in good shape with good sprocket and rollers. This system makes a skid steer unstoppable. Go anywhere or do anything. They add weight down low which is great for hilly terrain and make it extremely stable with any load anywhere. Although they add weight, the psi and the low ground impact is incredible with the 18" wide tracks. The VTS system also adds ground clearance which is nice for going over rocks, manholes, and obstacles in the woods. It also makes the reach higher and much more stable which is great for loading dump trucks. The system can be taken on and off in about an hour. The system has been on this machine for less than 10 hours. Payment by cash. Check, or wire transfer. No paypal unless you pay the fees. This is a 2005 Caterpillar Loader. Great piece of equipment with low hours. Only 780 hours. We are still using this loader so hours could go up a little. Is mechanically sound, runs great, no mechanical issues what so ever! There is some cosmetic wear and tear, several scratches from pushing over some trees, also the seat is ripped, and a chunk of foam is out of the head line. Feel free to ask questions. 2003 CATERPILLAR MODEL: 236(there are tons of sites that will give you the details and specification if you look up by the“ 236” model) VIN# CAT00236T4YZ06228 This SKID STEER loader is in great condition and full functional capabilities. Everything works and absolutely has no issues. All seals on hydraulics are holding up well. They’re not leaking and not dry. I’ve taken many pictures and will probably update some more when the weather ease ups. The BUCKET IS CAT’s OEM. NOT A REPLACEMENT. JOY-STICK CONTROL INDUSTRIAL. HEAVY DUTY SOLID TIRES. NEW OIL/ DIESEL FILTERS. PLEASE NOTE The hour meter was replaced at some point by CAT and well documented by them.
