All will start at my usual $9.99, with no reserve. This large, old Burgermeister motion sign is in very good working condition. I'm sure it is from the 40's or 50's, maybe even earlier. It is fairly heavy, with a metal case and a dimpled glass front, which is reverse hand painted with the Burgermeister name. There are no dents, separations, rust, or chips in the glass. I did not want to open it, for fear of causing some problem, but it appears to have a revolving sheet in front of the flourescent light, which creates a constant change of color. It has more color combinations than I have shown, but I can only use 12 pics. It was obviously sitting in a ... morebar for a long time, as I had to clean a ton of grime and smoke film off of it. It measures 24" long, 5-3/4" tall, and 7-1/4" deep, with a very old but functional 6 foot, 2 prong cord. It has four rubber feet on the bottom, for sitting on a flat surface, and also two slots on the back for hanging on a wall. The only marking on it is a sticker in the back, which reads in part, Liquid Flow, Co. San Mateo, Calif. I could find no information for this company on the net. Here. We have a Vintage Meadow Gold Lighted Advertising Sign circa 1950's. It has hooks on the top for a hanging mount and slots in the back for a wall mount. It is in great condition for it's age with a few scratches and one small split in the plastic face(see pictures 3 and 9 for the split) Th e face also has one long hairline crack that run s semi-diagonally from the"o" in Meadow through the"d" in Gold down to the"r" in Cream. But it is very hard to notice. I almost didn't catch it. I am fair ly certain of the date of cr eation as the sign makers label says Tel-a-Sign Chicago. 43( zip codes didn't come out until the 60's) and I saw a clock made by this com pan y on an a ntique clock website that stated it was made in 1950. Unusual Miller Genuine Draft Beer Cash Register Sign Lighted Blade & Top
Vintage beer sign made to set on a cash register. It has a lighted blade section plus a lamp on a gooseneck type arm that would be used for things like checking ID. Base is about 10 inches by 4 inches. There is a large unused adhesive mounting pad on the bottom. Sign is in very good condition. Both lights are controlled by a single switch on the side. You have to press and hold the switch momentarily to start the flourescent bulb that lights up the blade section. These signs are fairly hard to find. Nice Miller Genuine Draft graphics on all black body. Bottom is stamped metal. Gooseneck is a flexible metal conduit with sleeving over it. Metal stamped base. Looks like it has a 1989 date. Can't find a phone number light sign with the other info you want on it? Here is the answer. Use other signs with the info you want and install this sign for the phone number only. Up for bid is a florescent phone number sign. It is lighted by 4- 15 watt 24" florescent bulbs. There are hundreds of plastic pins that capture the light and they light up just like led bulbs. A plexiglass cover keeps the pins down in the face plate.You can change the pins around for your own phone number. The photo doesn't do the sign justice because I had to go outside to take the photo because inside in the dim light, the lights on the sign makes the photo blur so you can't read it. The sign is well made of heavy aluminum frame and aluminum back panel. The sign is 15-1/4" tall, 3-1/5" thick and 24-3/4" long. The sign is heavy ... moreat about 12 lbs. I bought the sign for decoration for my game room. I can see from inside there is small lighted letters that say"Ultra Express" that are covered over with a piece of black vinyl tape so it is not visible. I never have found out what ultra express is so I just left it covered. If You would like to see the"ultra express" on there send a message and I can open it up to do that and take another photo. The florescent bulbs are powered by 2 ballasts. Its a little hard to open the sign up and change the phone number without dropping all the pins out so if you like I can change the number for you before I ship. Has short chains on top for hanging and pull chain switch. The sign is really beautiful and looks better than the newer led type signs. As you probably know when LED's start going out you have to throw the sign away This one will last forever, just replace the bulbs. Someone hand signed some initials inside with the date 1996. Large Restaurant Lighted Sign Salad, Soup & More Neon Looking Deli Sign 18 x 49
You are bidding on a large plastic neon looking lighted sign. This would be for a small business or quick shop. It is large measures 18 x 49 inches. It has 4 florscent light bulbs inside. This is made of plastic but is heavy. The front cover has velcro holding it on the sign. I dont want to have to ship this would like local pick up only. Up for auction is a vintage OPEN lighted sign made by FiberPro. It measures 24 3/4" wide and 1 foot high and 3 1/2" deep a nice size for a business or mancave. Its made of metal/aluminum has a pull chain to turn on and off. The clear front is plexi glass in good ++ condition with just some slight scuffs. The black paint on the metal shows some wear here and there. Sign lights up great with I believe 3 fluorescent bulbs inside and lights up brightly red/yellow/white.
