Big print jobs will fly by with this industrial conveyor dryer. Dry up to 100 shirts an hour without having to interrupt your printing as you wait for a shirt to cure. Time is money. And this dryer will save you both. This unit is about 10 years old, but comes from the era where things were simply made to work, so though it's older, it's still in good working condition. I am selling my 12" capacity Vastex DiGiT numbering system. I started out with the 8" capacity system and later purchased the detent rails to make the system 12" capable. I have ALL 1 color screens(up to 12"athletic black) as well as ALL of the films which I purchased additionally in case any of the frames needed to be re-burned. This system has had light use and is in perfect working order. Squeegee holder brackets also included. This is a full Vastex DiGit(one color kit) there is no need to upgrade anything further. There is no squeegees included in this kit. But the ones provided by vaster were really no good anyway, you are better off cutting new ones anyway, I will include my own info on recommended squeegee sizes. I believe when all was said and done. We have used it for 10 jobs and put between 500-700 shirts thru it TOTAL. Seriously light use. Our shop has used this for plastisol and Union plasticharge with perfect results every time. We will be moving to an automatic print machine in the next 6months-1year and need to buy a large dryer to get ready for the jump. Only reason we are selling this dryer. Vastex Econored Conveyor Dryer 220v Screen Printing Conveyor Dryer Oven
This is an older Vastex Econored Conveyor Dryer that I purchased in 2012 and had converted to a digital temperature controller and solid-state relays(instead of the mercury relay it came with) I have installed a high volume low noise blower as an upgrade to the factory fan that sounded like a power drill. There are 2 blowers installed in the photos but it only has one now. Which is plenty. The machine is hardwired to a 220V/ 50A circuit. There are three heat units in the hood, but I have only 2 connected. The third could be connected easily if you wanted, but I've found that 2 are plenty and only running 2 helps conserve power. In fact, the machine is set up so that you can select either or both of the heater units, and I have run a single heat unit before with great success by slowing the belt down. The belt will need to be replaced ... morewithin the next few years, at a cost of $2-300. It hasn't deteriorated much in the 2 years I've been using it, so I believe it will last you quite a while longer, but see the pic for belt condition so you're not disappointed. I'm also selling a press and other stuff so see my other auctions for more equipment.
