Theimer Exposure Unit - Douthitt Integrator - Douthitt Vacuum Frame
You are viewing a used Theimer Exposure Unit that my company acquired in a buy-out of a local business. All that you need is included with this item. Theimer Exposure Unit. Douthitt Magic 83 Integrator. 80" x 60" Douthitt Vacuum Frame with a 2 year old vacuum pump. This unit is a MUST for larger format silk screen exposure! The vacuum frame is worn. However, the glass and rubber membrane are in great condition and the unit seals very well. The vacuum frame will need to be reassembled. All of these items function great as I tested the light. Integrator and frame at the time we purchased the business. NuArc Model 26-1K Mercury Exposure Unit Unit does turn on and top fan. Screen, and buttons are all responsive. Bulb does turn on, but sometimes takes a long time to activate. Problem with unit is you have to hold the power button for the unit to stay on. Vacuum pump does turn on, but you have to hold the vacuum button as well. Also, though vacuum pump will run, no vacuum is felt and gauge does not indicate any change. Unit is complete with main unit, stand, glass cover, bulb glass cover, additional glass sheet, mounting hardware for unit to stand. Scuffs on sides of unit. Also, some light surface rust on the top of the unit due to it's age. This unit is being listed as-is, for parts/not working. This item was recently bought at auction. Only testing I have done is powered it on. It powers on. Buttons respond when pressed. When turned on I can see movement. I personally don't enough to fully test it, so I labeled it as parts and repair. The auction it was bought from was from a company that went under. So chances are it is working, I just dont know how to test it. I have recorded a video also below. NuArc 6K Exposure Unit and Screen Vacuum Table w pump
For sale is a used NuArc 6K exposure unit and screen printing vacuum table with pump. All are in good working order; this unit was in use daily until we installed a direct-to-screen imaging system and this unit is no longer needed. The vacuum bag is relatively new. And the glass was replaced earlier this year(you should expect only a few scratches that did not cause us issues) Pump works good, as does the exposure unit. Exposure glass measures 56" x 76" The vacuum bag is also relatively new. Price includes wrapping and palletizing(this will need two pallets- one for the exposure unit. Which will be a standard size and the other one will be oversized, as the vacuum table will have to be shipped laying flat) Thanks for looking.
