Hix electric textile dryer. Overall 27 feet long. 13 foot heat chamber, 11 foot in feed, 3 foot out feed. Dryer is being replaced with a new dryer. We use this dryer everyday currently. I don't know much about this dryer. I bought it at an auction I know it was used in production however I have never hooked it up so I don't know what it needs work. I do have the belt for it. This is a local pickup only the machine is very heavy and you will need a large trailer and some help there is no way it will fit in a pickup truck. If you know how to work on these machines and can fix it this would be a good buy. The machine must be paid for and picked up within five working days after end of the auction! I need this shop space. I cannot arrange for any shipping.

Vastex Econored Conveyor Dryer 220v Screen Printing Conveyor Dryer Oven
This is an older Vastex Econored Conveyor Dryer that I purchased in 2012 and had converted to a digital temperature controller and solid-state relays(instead of the mercury relay it came with) I have installed a high volume low noise blower as an upgrade to the factory fan that sounded like a power drill. There are 2 blowers installed in the photos but it only has one now. Which is plenty. The machine is hardwired to a 220V/ 50A circuit. There are three heat units in the hood, but I have only 2 connected. The third could be connected easily if you wanted, but I've found that 2 are plenty and only running 2 helps conserve power. In fact, the machine is set up so that you can select either or both of the heater units, and I have run a single heat unit before with great success by slowing the belt down. The belt will need to be replaced ... morewithin the next few years, at a cost of $2-300. It hasn't deteriorated much in the 2 years I've been using it, so I believe it will last you quite a while longer, but see the pic for belt condition so you're not disappointed. I'm also selling a press and other stuff so see my other auctions for more equipment.
