This item is in working condition per testing done as described: The unit heats up as designed. Took approx 15-18 minutes to reach 275deg. The temp control works as designed to control temp. Unit was tested with green print on white cardstock with the results as pictured. Foil roll stock advanced when lever was actuated. That was the extent testing completed. The unit has some marks and wear indications to be expected for this type item. All of the parts rotate and move smoothly. There do not appear to be any cracks or other major damage. The wood roll dowel on front does have a small split. I believe that the foil roll holder is designed to work with Howard brand foil rolls(1/2" shaft) and comes with spacers ... moreand end clips for different lengths. This unit does not come with a Kingsley roll holder. Power cord is good. No splits or damage. The other accessories are included as shown: cover. 2 of the United Silicone US 5 Hot Stamping Machines + Solid Steel Rolling Table 1 US-5 Came from a working shop. 2nd unit for parts- not sure of condition. Extremely sturdy. Solid steel table, with solid steel wheels is incredible. It must have cost $2K+ to make. Steel table measures 30" x 30" x 30" and has a hydraulic jack to raise it 10" more. Twist release on the jack to lower the table back to 30" A foot brake is also included on the steel table to lock it into position. Rolling racks with Spare unit on top is not included. just for photos. So this auction includes a working United Silicone US 5. Another US 5 for parts, and the solid steel table with steel wheels. This is an excellent unit that works just great. You can see that we printed the name JW Horn on a piece of paper as pictured. This comes with everything pictured including all of the gold for oil on the machine. The two rolls of foil that are unopened, the typesetting block, the tweezers, and a set of eighteen point font Park Avenue metal stamps. I bought this at auction, so I have no idea whether the entire alphabet is present and it is difficult to tell because it is in cursive. I also don't know what the gold Voyles are made of. Vintage Paymaster Series S-1000 Dollar and Cents Stamping Machine with Key
I have a VintagePaymaster Series S-100 check stamping machine for doing payroll. The Paymaster Corp. 1811 W. Winnemac Ave. Chicago, Ill 60640. on plate RBRL29766. This is in very good to excellent condition and I do have the key and cover for it. On the bottom it says Reconditioned by Paymaster I'm not 100% sure of the functionality of this machine as I'm not familiar with it. But I did put a paper into it and pulled the lever and it printed on the paper. Very clean with just a few minor scuffs. Look at my pictures and if you have any questions please ask.
