Two notable flaws were the frayed power cord (due to age, it seems) and one of the springs on the side has a kink in it, but it does not appear to affect movement or function. This seems to be one of Kingsleys earliest models, but there is no exact model number I can see. Unit number is 9369.

Linens etc. with the name of a hospital so to prevent theft. Not really a pad printer but I added this to the title anyway since it maybe it could be used in a related job. It works. Dri Print Roller Hot Stamper for hot stamp foil. Last used to roll foil onto corner moldings and trim pieces for medical cabinets. Can also be used for long. Narrow plastic parts that need tipping off of raised areas with colored or metalic foils. The roller is a silicone rubber that can be replaced to different shapes or widths for different parts. Order from any hot stamp machine supplier. Same with the foils. Solid colors, metalics, woodgrains, etc. Uses a variable speed dc motor for the drive of the heated rollers, air cylinder for the up and down of the roller head. Adjustable thermostat for temperature control. Looks like the supply roller/shaft is missing, but it's a simple part that is basically a 1" shaft for the foil roll to spin freely on. Vintage Franklin Signet Embosser Hot Foil Stamp Type Set Machine w/ Dura Foils
Up for your consideration is this Franklin Signet Embosser with 4 rolls of foils. I do not know much about this product other than what it is labeld and reading about similar products here on e-Bay. I've taken several pictures to hopefully help you determine if all parts are there and for you to decide the condition you feel it is in. I have plugged it in and it DOES heat up. I will try to describe this to the best of my knowledge and the condition I see it in. If you would like more info or more detailed pictures please let me know. This item is labled Franklin MFG. Corp Norwood Masss. U.S.A. U.S. Pat. 2025691 CAN. Pat. 365284. On the handle it is marked Franklin Signet Embosser. The power switch features off.Low,med,high options. I only plugged it in and put it on high and the machine did get hot. As you can see in the pictures the ... morecord is frayed some near the power switch, I think it is just the insulation to the cord as this powered up and there were no sparks or sizzling noises. The wooden case is in sturdy, solid condition with a drawer for suppllies. The paint has rubbed off some and there are some surface scratches. Included are 4 rolls of Dura foil. The silver colored roll is unused and labeled Dura Colored Foil. There are 3 gold foil rolls, 2 are used and 1 is unused and labeled 23K Dura Gold Leaf. There are also several cardboard like pieces that look like slides to a microscope. The machine itself feels solid and the handle moves freely. The black knob on the side also turns but could use some oil. There is light surface rust on the light metal colored pieces that may or may not come off. The wooden base measures 9.25" long, 6.5" wide and 2.5" tall. Please look at the pictures to determine if this is complete. I am selling this AS IS and how you see it in the pictures. I honestly do not know the value of this item with the foils so I will accept the best offer. This is for a big lot of kingsley foil rolls. Estate sale find. All rolls are original Kinglsey brand. Rolls might have been purchased in the late 90s and some during the 80s. Many of the gold and silver ones are clearly new and unused. The ones in the cardboard canisters have been used. Some have a lot still in them, some don't. It's a mixed lot. Mixed colors too. All come in their Kingsley cardboard boxes. One box is missing the lid oll others have it. The lot weighs 10 lbs plus I calculate another 3 packaged. Hence the shipping. Franklin Signet Imprinting Hot Foil Emossing Embosser Stamp Type Machine. This machine has been tested and is working. Plugged the unit on high for a few minutes and set unit to medium and used a section of scrap foil in the drawer to imprint on a piece of paper.see last picture where I embossed the words EBAY three times. This unit comes with the machine. Scrap used foils pieces in the drawer and the manual. The manual is full of embossed test prints but does not deter from reading the instructions. The machine cord is slightly stiff and somewhere half way of the cord the insulation cracked.so it is being held with electrical tape. Overall the machine has been sitting for several years in a shop so it is dusty. Few of the steel parts are showing slight signs of rust. Dimensions of unit is 7" inches tall and base is 9.25" inches ... morex 6.5" inches.

Huge Lot of Hot Foil Stamp Foil 30+ Rolls
Here I have a huge lot of. Various rolls of, hot foil stamping foil. Some rolls are brand new, never been used. Other rolls are barely used. Some are several smaller rolls that are all partially used, but all the same color. Please look at the pictures to see what I mean. What you see is what you are getting. They come in all sorts of sizes. The larger rolls I've seen easily cut to size. As you can see in the pictures I have over 30 rolls. Some say they are from Australia on their labels. Others I am not completely sure. I couldn't begin to tell you how many hundreds of feet of foil I have here in this lot. Here for sale I have this old Warner Electric Company model 100B Hydraulic Laminating Press for Hot& Cold Lamination. This unit powers on and heats up and as best I can tell all the temperature settings seem to work. This machine also has two extra hoses one I believe is for a cold water attachment for cooling your projects. There is a second hose I am not sure what it is for. Maybe air? One of the photos shows me holding the power cord and the two hoses I just spoke of. Maybe you know exactly what they are for? I do not have the instruction manual for this machine and don't ... moreknow all the different uses for it. The platen dimensions are 8" wide x 6" deep with the maximum opening of a little under 2" The platten works and heats up hot. And the temperature adjuster seems to be working on all settings. A friend of mine smokes one of those vapor cigarette things and said the oil he puts in it vaporizes at exactly 350 degrees. I set the platten at 350 and we droped a drop of his oil on it and it vaporized POOF. Under 350 setting did not vaporize that oil(but it bubbled it's still hot) so I assume the temp setting is fairly accurate. The hydraulics seem good it holds pressure all day long. I don't have a correct piece of pipe that fits the handle hole, so I just used a bit from my hammer drill(NOT INCLUDED! You will need to supply your own pipe handle, and it should be a little longer so you get more leverage anyways. The pressure gauge works and stays put until you release the pressure. Cosmetically this machine has scrapes and scuffs and minor rust stains from being stored in my carport for several years. Here we have a great Kingsley Hot Foil Stamp Press. It is a Model M-75 Imprinting Machine. This machine seems to be in working condition as I have plugged it in and it heats up quickly. the gauge works great too. All the moving parts on it move easily and function they way it is supposed too. Everything you see in the picture is what you get, I do not have a case or any accessories(besides whats in the pictures) for it. Now for the bad, this machine has a crack at the top part of its neck. It is about 1 inch long and doesn't go through or around the neck, just in the portion where the gears come out of it.
