Vintage Franklin Signet Embosser machine with Some Cast Type Letter & Gold Foil
Up for sale is a Vintage Franklin Signet Embosser with Letters and Gold Foil. Here is a Vintage Franklin Signet Embosser. It was made by the Franklin Mfg Corp. Norwood, Mass. It is model 5124. There are some letters already on the unit. There is a partial roll of gold foil on the machine and there is also another roll included but I believe it has already been used. I plugged the unit in and tested it. It heated up and I pressed it onto a piece of paper as the photo of the paper shows. It has a wood handle that measures 5.25” long. This is an auction for a Kingsley hot foil stamping machine. Accessories, some foil and miscellaneous. This is being sold auction style because its value is unknown. The front has a metal plate that says Model No. but the space is blank? Underneath it says Serial No. R-26805. Also included are some type holders, some foil, an aluminum board, an aluminum rod with some kind of sticky oil on it(this will be kept in a plastic sack to avoid spreading the oil? and miscellaneous. This machine heats up to varying degrees with the hottest temperature very hot! The type for this machine is included in another auction also running this week. These lots can't be combined to save on shipping because the type is too heavy. If the shipping on this machine and accessories is higher than the actual cost, the overcharge will be refunded.
