Highly Carved Ornate German/Vienna Wall Clock, 1890-1910
Gorgeous antique wall clock. Believed to be a Gustav Becker, with ornate pre-WWI styling. The cabinet is in perfect condition with it's original finish and highlights the deep, rich wood-possibly walnut and/or mahogany-and precise carvings. The glass cabinet door and sides are fully intact and functional. The clock is missing the pendulum. It was not fully serviced or cleaned, but the experts at the antique clock store who looked it over said it appeared to be in great shape and indicated pendulums were readily available and inexpensive. This treasure measures 44" long, 16.5 wide, and 7.25 deep. Antique Sessions Store Regulator"E" Calendar Wall Clock 39" Tall Sessions Regulator Calendar Clock This listing is for a Sessions Regulator“E” wall clock manufactured by the Sessions Clock Co. The clock is fairly large. At 39" tall, 18" wide, and 5” deep. It has a time and calendar movement. Most of the original label is still present(see photos) as well as a label from an earlier servicing back in the 1930’s. The clock was just serviced. Cleaned, and oiled, so it runs perfectly when properly leveled, and it is currently keeping time. Also, the time can also be adjusted by turning the race screw on the bottom of the pendulum, so if it's off by a pinch, it is easily remedied. In addition, the pendulum was cleaned and it is now bright and shiny…looks great. The close-up photo of the pendulum was taken prior to cleaning. ... moreThe clock was manufactured in 1908. The dial hands are the old style and look nice and fancy. It looks like to top glass was replaced and that must have been over 40 years ago. As it has been in the possession of a friend for that many years. The lower glass is original. The door and wood are solid and the complete casing is in great condition. It looks like the it was stained a darker color(again, some time ago) and it is in excellent condition. The dial face may be a replacement, again done many years ago. These clocks are fairly rare because they were used in stores and commonly destroyed or abused. Please look over the pictures to see the true quality of this fine clock. I tested it with a light bulb and it works great but I don't want it to have the wrong light bulb in it so I took it out. It's has a very very minor chip on the bottom its hard to see cause it's very small. Also has a minor crack on the paint on one of the hands probably was bent at one point very minor. Clock motor is original and still works great no funny sounds. This clock is in amazing shape still very shiny all around solid not beat up has some minor wear from the age see photos. Campbell Soup Octagon Battery Operated Wall Clock
I continue to empty closets and downsize my possessions. This is a clock that I had in my kitchen for years. Then it was boxed up and not used when we moved to smaller home. It features the Campbell soup boy holding a can of soup. The hands of the clock are like wooden spoons. I always thought that was neat! It has a white back with a clear acrylic front over the clock works. It measures 10 inches top to bottom or side to side. It is approx 1 3/4 inches thick. It uses a single AA battery. 1890's Seikosha Regulator Oak Wall Clock
For auction is a beautiful 1890's-1920's Seikosha Regulator wall clock manufactured from a company in Tokyo. Japan beginning in the late 1890's. This clock works beautifully. It needs rewinding about every 10 days. I am not sure it chimes. I never wind the side for the chimes. The casing is an exequisite oak with a nice stain patina. The face and swing arm look original. Most of the inner workings look original. With the exception of a few parts. On the face is marked"Trade Mark with an S inside a diamond and a circle on the outside of it. On the swing arm there are decorative letters"R" A" with an arrow in between them pointing down with a roman numeral II placed sideways. If you are a clock lover, this one is a beauty! PRISTINE VIENNA REGULATOR GERMAN WALL CLOCK LARGE 36" TALL PORCELAIN DIAL Here for auction is as fine an antique clock I have ever had the privilege of owning. This came from an extremely fine antique estate auction and this was kept in immaculate condition. I have owned several of these but never have all of the finials top and bottem been in proper condition. Both pieces of side glass are there. The movement is unmarked as many of these late 1800 Vienna or German Regulator Clocks were. The movement is marked 42/105 which I have seen before from Jauch or F. Mauthe but there is also the number 484 and I have never been able to reference that. Whomever the maker is. It is guaranteed to be an extremely fine movement as they were produced to the highest of standards during that time in Germany. The case probably Walnut is in such incredible ... morecondition it is impossible for me to believe it has not been worked on but to me it appears that everything is original. The porcelain face or dial is just gorgeous with no crazing or flaws of any kind that I can find. The clock works with precision keeping excellent time and striking the beautiful coil gong as it should. All hardware appears to be intact and original. The pendulum is original and that is rarely the case. The clock is an impressive 36" tall and 16.5" wide at the top. Check out the extremely impressive top finial and turned door pillars.
