It does a few scratches/chips in the paint here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary. In picture#9 you can see the Serial Number which reads"11-94" This is the date the charger was assembled. November of 1994. I bench tested the charger and it works as it should. Both AC and DC cords are in excellent shape. There are no cracks or cuts in the insulation and both plugs are in great shape. You are bidding on a American Lincoln Sweeper 2160 ride on powered by a 4 cyl Ford engine running on propane. It runs great with 646 hours on it. We had it in the Coke warehouse for several years then got a new one and used it for a back up until the rear tire went flat and it sat there for about a year. When parked it went forward and backwards and had good brakes. We started it last week and brought it back to our warehouse and it will only go forward and has very little brakes. I think it just needs to be oiled/greased/lubed or just used and the bugs will work out but we really havent looked at it much. This auction is for a Clarke portable sander from the early 20's. It has been plugged in for testing. It works and sounds as though it should. It also comes with it's wooden box carrying case. This is a very rare and unique opportunity for someone to own the oldest sander on the block. Although this item is an"as is" condition auction. Arrangements can be be made for a cleaning prior to shipment for an additional charge. I didn't clean it knowing that some would prefer not to have the century of accumulated crud removed forever. It has been stored in it's box for years. It smells a bit as though a mouse or something made use of it at some point but I didn't find any evidence of such.
