Hiretech HT8 Drum Sander--Runs Great!!
I'm Selling my drum sander. I've owned this sander for 9 years. It is used and shows signs of use. But that's cosmetic as the machine runs just fine. As a matter of fact, I had this serviced 2 summers ago at a cost of over $400.00 bucks(which I can prove) at the local repair facility. I have used this for every sanding job I've had since then and have had no problems with the sander as far as running. Most of the repairs are just preventive maintenance stuff, changing bearings, brushes, etc) This will come with it's own dust bag and also I have an extra long power cord on it. Which is nice for the bigger rooms. Item is in Walloon Lake, Michigan, 49796. For sale is a hiretech floor drum sander and a clarke super 7r edger. Both machines are in very good working condition. And come with power cords and dust bags, although the dust bags have seen better days and could be replaced. The drum bearings are new, as well as the drum shaft. Edger has a new switch. Both machines are ready to go to work for you right now. The drum sander is much more aggressive than a clarke ez-8, so get you on to the next job faster and make more money. It is easy to use, I can coach you to use this machine and when used properly it is almost as fast as a 220v sander, and it's easy to get the floor flat. Many people use these the wrong way and chop up floors but I can give you what you need to know and you'll be good with it from day one. This is a great deal.
