For sale is a Clarke American Alto EZ-8 floor sander- this is probably one of Clarke's most popular and best-selling drum sanders. I've had it for a while but it hasn't been used much in the last 2 years hence the reason for selling it. It's pretty dusty from it's last use and from sitting around in a wood shop but it is in working condition. These sanders were made by State Manufacturing. They are heavy industrial grade sanders. The oscillating spindle sander is the model B-4. Serial number 4489. The disc sander is a 15" sander. Both are three phase. Both sanders run fine and are very clean. The table tops on both have been well taken care of. They do not have any deep gouges or scratches in them. All functions work well. Both tops are tilting for angle sanding. There are 10 spindles with the spindle sander and I have extra sanding sleeves in various sizes. It has all three sizes of throat plates that came with it. Delta Rockwell No. 667 Cast Iron Stand Base for 6" Jointer or 6" Belt Sander
Delta No. 667 cast iron stand was the"top of the line" base to have on your delta 6" jointer or belt sander/6" abrasive finshing machine. These were only made from 1939 until 1966 and then discontinued. The unique"art deco" design made a unique looking base. The heavy cast iron gave unbelievable stability for these tools. I.e. minimal vibration and movement. Not a lot of them around because they were usually sold to school shops. This one had a short bed jointer on it and if you are going to use it for you belt sander it will work great. However, you will have to find the cast iron pulley guard for it, it was taller than the one that was used on the jointer and the sub-base top piece. The jointer stand is complete and in good condition. I don't see any cracks or extra holes on the stand. The stand will need ... morea repaint. But its not a rust bucket. The stand comes with all 13 slotted oval head bolts and the 4 knurled nuts holding the back panel. The shop made collector port was attached without making any new holes in then seal in place with a laytex sealant.
