Nice. Used unit. This was purchased(used) for one project which never transpired. Good condition. This has the quick grip pad, which is used for floor polishing, burnishing, cleaning or buffing. In order for this unit to be used as a sander, a different pad would be needed. As such, sandpaper cannot be attached directly to this unit until the pad is changed out. The unit is relatively clean. I think the pictures should do an adequate job portraying it. The cord is long and in good shape. This has loads of life left, and a fraction of the new price. Local pickup is free and welcome. I can store for up to one month if the unit is paid for. I am willing to shop this anywhere but will leave the arrangements up to the buyer. I can strap this to a pallet for an additional $20.
