It appears that the sander has only been used once or twice. It is in excellent condition with some minor signs of use. The sander is fully functional and has been thoroughly tested. This is an awesome edger and is as near to new as you can get. The edger comes in a fitted case with the extension cord as shown in the photos. Sorry. I do not have the dust bag for this sander.
