VINTAGE COPPER & BRASS "WILBUR" FIRE EXTINGUISHER WITH BRACKET
This is an empty vintage copper and brass fire extinguisher made by the Wil-X-M'fg. Corporation of New York. It was made for the Lasota Mfg. Co. of Albert Lea. MN and it is the Wilbur model. The top triangle label on the top has the LMCo which stands for Lasota Mfg. Co. The patent dates puts this to the 1930's. This has been polished and lacquered. It is 14" long and comes with it's wall mount bracket which has a new coat of black paint. This has no dings, no dents and as you can see in the pictures, it displays very well. The T handle moves in and out as designed. The main body of the extinguisher is copper and the labels are brass as are the pieces on the top. Hand Polished Brass PYRENE Fire Extinguisher & Bracket old truck vehicle NICE!!
Here is a really nice brass PYRENE Fire Extinguisher up for a NO RESERVE auction. Yes eBay it is EMPTY since they removed this listing once because I didn't state that. The tank itself and the label are in nice condition. I'm not saying there perfect by any means. There are some small dents and nicks here and there as well as scratches to the finish. The tank was hand polished with brasso. A tooth brush for the tough spots and Nevr-Dull wadding polish. It turned out pretty nice in my opinion and took several hours to get it in that condition. The label is very nice. There is a small ding above the PYRENE circle on the letter V for vehicle and a few small scratches. The bracket was bead blasted to bear metal. The best Rustoleum primer and 2 coats of black protective enamel paint was used. The bracket was in good condition before all ... moreof that. It had no rust. But the paint was really faded and peeling a small amount. The bracket does have a slight bend to it, a small imperfection in a couple places and one of the holes was drilled out just a hair bigger than the others. The strap, rivets and bottom holder are all in great shape. I always try and give the best possible description I can as well as lots of pics. I just like to let people know what to expect and what your bidding on. To sum it up. It is probably one of the better survivors that is left out there. Vintage Brass Fire Extinguisher with Bracket This is a vintage brass Fire Gun Fire Extinguisher manufactured by American LaFrance Foamite Corporation. Extinguisher is empty and in good condition. Brass surface has an aged patina. Some scratches and small white dots of paint. Graphics on brass label are very visible and label has a nice shine. Label is attached to extinguisher by solder. I do not know if extinguisher works. Extinguisher measures approximate 13" high and 3" in diameter. Also included is a steel bracket. Bracket is in good condition. There are no bends or weak spots. When I acquired the fire extinguisher, bracket was painted over with white paint. The original gloss black paint was still visible on back of bracket. I have removed all the old paint and painted the bracket with a coat of primer, and several coats of ... moregloss black. I am not a professional painter, so there is a paint“run” on back of bracket. Fire extinguisher fits snugly in bracket and there are several screw holes in bracket to mount to a wall. Screws are not included. I have described the item to the best of my ability. Vintage Quick Aid EMPTY Brass fire extinguisher and bracket railroad boat cycle
This extinguisher is EMPTY there are NO chemicals inside. I will be listing other brass fire extinguishers as well. This is a small brass Quick Aid extinguisher and bracket. These small ones were used on boats trains motorcycles in army vehicles like jeeps and airplanes really anywhere you needed a small extinguisher. This one is in great shape and will polish up to be a great display piece. Shipping to lower 48 only.

Vintage 1950's Compact 12" Fire Extinguisher + Bracket Unique Barn Treasure
Very interesting small compact fire extinguisher that we found in a barn sadly most of the large labels missing and I cannot identify the brand nor find one like it on the Internet. It looks to be based on the gold label still there some type of award presented in 1950 on her volume for bankers life company Iowa. We purchased it at an estate sale and I believe it's been sitting in the barn since the 1950s I do not know if it is full I do hear something shaking incited but of course do not have a way to test it very cool piece of the body is about 12 inches long and there's a couple inches at the top thanks for looking.
