TRAIN CASE Blue Vintage TRAVEL MASTER Sewing Kit Tray Mirror Combination Lock
This is a vintage medium blue Travel Master Train Case with a combination lock(no key to worry about) This train case is well built with a comfortable handle which is smooth on the underside(for comfort) and textured along the top to match the rest of the case. Case has typical scuffing from use and storage and could be cleaned a bit more. I did some preliminary cleaning. It has an oval logo on the front which has a chrome look and says Travel Master. The 2 bands all around the case also have a chrome-look and protect the case. The catches match. Also looking like chrome. To open the case, you slide the catch to the right and you will see the word"OPEN" on the left side. To close the case, slide the hardware to the right. I've sold many cases in the past and don't recollect one with this type of closure. The case does not ... morehave any offensive odors, just smells like vinyl. Case measures 14 x 8 1/2" x 9 1/2" the"feet" on the underside are in great shape(see picture#4) Inside this case. You will find a mirror which takes up most of the inside of the lid. Also in there is a 5-sectioned textured tray; as you can see, someone spilled something(probably nail polish remover(see picture#5) which damaged the plastic in the deep center section with a little bit in one of the upper sections. The tray is still solid and does not have a smell to it; once you put your stuff in there, you won't see it. You could probably cover that section with contact paper, too. The center section measures 7 x 5 x 2 1/4" the other sections measure approx. 3 1/2" x 4" x 1 1/2" The entire tray is approx. 13 1/2" x 7" Also in there is a zippered, vinyl-lined bag that takes up the length of a long side, so you can put more stuff in there. Lastly, I'm including a few useful items(see picture#9) One is a Shoe Cleaner cloth(you stick your hand inside it and rub your shoes or polish them with this soft cloth; on the other hand, you could use it as pouch and store more stuff in

The base of the lock is cast iron. The dial and plate are nickel plated brass. The internal parts are brass and the housing is metal. It is in very good working condition as shown. The lock was patented May 24. 1892. It is stamped on the underside of the mechanism case. The lock measures 3 5/8" by 2 3/8" and is 1 3/4" thick including the dial. Here we have 2 Mosler B106 combination locks. Dials and rings. Everything pictured is included. The face of the dials are both cracked. 1 is pretty good but the other looks like the foil backing is beginning to peel. I do not have the original linkage bolts. Replacement case mounting bolts are provided. The wheel packs have hand changable numbers to set the combo. The dial spindle will allow up to a 5/8" thick door. U.S. Mailbox Pre 40's U.S. Mailbox. Unsure of maker. Standing around 4' tall this set consists of 8 tiers with 4 combination lock doors in each row. All doors are still locked except for one. There are 2 doors missing the small glass and as you can see from the pictures the bottom left is where the 2 doors are bowed a bit. the top right door is also and is the only door unlocked. The doors are brass and have all mechanics intact. This is an antique and shows its age a bit. Vintage Mosler Safe - Heavy well built with 5 digit combination lock
Hello. This is a vintage Mosler safe that has been used for years in a retail store. It has a heavy base that seems to be solid concrete and the top half is a double walled iron safe or small vault that will keep your valubles protected from theft. The huge iron door twists into the front of the safe, and locks behind large iron tabs so that the only way to get the door open is to rotate with the gear mechanism which is guarded using a 5 digit combination. Whew, this thing small in size measuring 20w x 35h x 15d and it is heavy, but that is exactly what will keep it from being carried out of your home or business by a theif. I would not be able to guess what the actual weight is, but it is so heavy that we have to move it by rolling it on metal pipes. And will open to reveal a tiny compartment inside when the correct combnation is dialed. The pendant is very tiny and measures just.556 inch tall. 347 across/diameter. And. 167 inch thick. It is made of brass. With a stainless steel loop to attach it to the choker necklace. The necklace is made of a plastic coated miniature cable, with a screw closure. It has a fully functioning mechanism. Exactly like the original victorian padlock. Even the original numbers and letters are present though the letters are only.020" tall and hard to read without a magnifier. The three dials must be properly aligned to allow the pendant lock to open. When the dials are properly alligned the dial stack drops down to reveal the small ... morecompartment(see pictures) Although the compartment is tiny you might keep a gem stone, or perhaps ash from a deceased loved one or pet inside. Or simply wear it for fun. I made a bigger example for myself and find myself playing with the dials constantly. Similar idea to the worry rings. This pendant is an original design by me. Inspired by a victorian combination padlock I own. I am a collector of antique padlocks, and occasionally scale down and machine miniature copies in limited editions. The last photo with four padlocks on my hand shows the original 1890's combo lock on left, along with the miniatures I made to the right of it.
