Basically all it does is to extend an S-100 board high enough so that you have easy access. That is enough to make a world of difference. It includes a built-in TTL logic probe to make life even better. It was manufactured and sold by someone who actually worked on S-100 computers. It is a well designed and well constructed tool. I regularly used this from mid seventies to 1983. It has been in storage since then. And was working when put into storage. The insulation on the logic probe has not aged well.
