The photos here may be somewhat confusing as I was initially going to list these three together. This auction is for the 7B53A S/N B189904 only. It shows little evidence of use with no dings or scratches and like the other two is fully functional. All of these trigger to 125 mhz or so and show good timing accuracy and sweep linearity. They are fully checked out however I did not formally calibrate them. These are best matched with the 74xx. 75xx and76xx mainframes but work well in all of 7000 Series. This is a Tektronix 11A16 two channel current amplifier. This module is in good condition. But it fails the self test when installed in the oscilloscope. Because of this I think it has a problem and may need to be repaired. This is used in the 11000 oscilloscopes. I do not have the current probes that are used with this module. Tektronix TM500/ TM5000 Parts and Accessories Plug-In Tool Box(016-0362-01) The 016-0362-01 storage box is a convenient place to store probes. Adapters, and tools in a TM500 or TM5000 mainframe. All of the front corners are intact which is quite unusual for a TM500 plug-in. There are no scratches on the front panel so whoever owned it before I found it must have taken very good care of it. The latch works perfectly to insure nothing will fall out of the box while you are not looking. The space inside the box is dark so anything you place in there will not be bothered by light while it is in the mainframe. Additionally the removable side panel is drilled with many holes to insure that room pressure will be properly maintained during a sudden decompression such as might occur during a nearby nuclear blast. Or by an explosion on an airplane ... moreflying at altitude. This item is easily graded at 10+. To find one in this good condition is extremely rare. Free shipping to the US and Canada. Tektronix 5A21N Differential Amplifier Plug-In 5000 series oscilloscope
This is a Tektronix 5A21N differential amplifier plug-in. This is used with the 5000 series oscilloscopes. The volts per div. knob was broken. Glued and then broken again. I think the old glue can be cleaned off and the knob repaired with a better glue. This plug-in is untested. I am selling it as-is for parts or repair. You can return it for a refund if not happy.
