Dielectric Products Adjustable Directional Coupler. This precision coupler is designed to be adjusted for maximum forward/reflected ratio. And degree of coupling. It has a calibration scale on it. It's designed to mount to a piece of coaxial line with band clamps, and via a hole in the side of the line with locating pin holes. When properly adjusted it will permit high precision measurements to a degree far better than a fixed coupler. Typically used with spectrum analyzers and network analyzers. This model is designed to straddle a large diameter line. We tried it on a 3 1/8" section, it seems to be made to fit a larger size line, perhaps 6" Sorry, no other info or documentation.
