I will list the specs of our 2x2 below. The specs of the 3x3 and 4x4 cooking surfaces are listed on other auctions. The 2x2 is basically a 2ft wide 2ft deep by 6ft tall unit. The firebox is insulated on the bottom with 1.5” thick concrete and contains(2) 6x4” vents on each side of the firebox for ample inlet flow. In between the firebox and main chamber is a 2” thick insulated plate to shield the bottom racks of the smoker from excess heat radiating from the firebox underneath. The heat and smoke are transferred into the main chamber via 4 inlets. Two inlets are set low in the smoker and 2 inlets are set midway up from the bottom of the main chamber. This allows for even heat distribution within the main chamber. The main chamber consists of 5 slide out racks measuring 20” by 22.5” giving you around 15.75sq feet of cooking surface which is quite a bit of room considering the footprint of the smoker. Also on each slide is a custom made hanging rod bracket system allowing you to hang your own sausage. Jerky, or even smoke your own ducks, geese, or turkeys. Bbq smoker trailer LOCAL PICK UP ONLY
I have a smoker built on a small trailer that was modeled after a Lang 36" It has a 2 ft X 2ft X 2ft heavy duty firebox and an extra heavy fire grate. The large firebox allows you to cook at 225 deg. for hours with minimal wood.It also has a warmer cabinet with adjustable baffle to turn smoke on or off in the warmer. The cooking chamber has a top pull out rack and all of the cooking area grates can be removed. The front shelf can be taken off and turned around to make it more accessible. Wood can be stored beneath the cooking chamber. I recently had it sand blasted and painted with Sherwin Williams hight temp paint. It is only a year old. Used BBQ pit smoker Propane cooker and grill trailer
Used propane pig cooker. Little rough but gets the job done. Selling as is. Drum measures 48"s across and 31"s tall. Old homemade cooker and well used. Works good. Pulls good. Has some issues. Tires show drying on the sides but have good tread and hold air good. Some holes are burned through in the bottom of the drum, see pics. Might want to support the grate if you put anything real heavy on it, cooking grate sags a little. 1 7/8" ball. 5 lug 14"s tires. Not sure what type rims, about 4 1/2"s between center to center lug nuts. If you add another grate in the bottom it could be used with charcoal as well. Local pickup only. No shipping or delivery. 500 Gallon Propane tank BBq SMOKER & Trailer Grill
I started building this more than a year ago and seems like I get busy and cant work on it. It is a 500 gallon tank with two doors cut out with a plasma cutter. Doors are inside. I just recently set it on the trailer you see. It is not welded down or anything so you can set it where you want. There is no grates or anything inside or any firebox. This way you can make it the way you want. The springs are around 3000# I believe. Also has a new hitch. Total length with trailer is around 13 feet plus or minus. There is a foot or so on each side between the fenders. Have not done anything with the lights. I have about $1000 in this and trying to just get that back and any fees I may have. Used propane pig cooker. Rough shape but gets the job done. Drum measures 48"s across and 31"s tall. Old homemade cooker and well used. Homemade burner puts out a good flame. Pulls good. Has some issues. Tires show drying on the sides but have good tread and hold air. About roughly a 10" by 4" hole burned through in the bottom of the drum. Would be easy to patch if you wanted to. Good place to place a pan underneath to catch the drippings. Cooking grate is thin, might want to support the grate if you put anything real heavy on it, grate sags a little. 1 7/8" ball. 5 lug 14"s tires. Not sure what type rims, about 4 1/2"s between center to center lug nuts. I've got a Red Spicewine Trailer for sale! This thing is capable of cooking a ton of meat! There are 2 cabinets. Each cabinet has 7 removable racks, each about 25" wide but 33" long(big enough to hold a 50lb pig, see the pic below) You could probably cook 6 50-60lb pigs at one time on this pit. I built this literally one stick at a time,carefully placing each weld and bolt for maximum strength and durability. The tank was an old water storage tank bought in Kearney Missouri not far from Jesse James old home. Tank is approx 8 ft long and you can see by the old rivets dates well into the 1800s. Thickness is about 1/4" Removable grates for charcoal grilling make for easy cleaning. The cabin is just over 6 ft square and approx 6 2" inside height at the peak. I did this so as to have camping space if needed. The floor is 2" thick toung and groove bolted to steel frame.The door is also 2" toung and groove with 2 large hinges ... morealso bolted to the steel frame. Most of the old antiques we're bought in Missouri but a few are from the Colorado territory. Firebox is an old compressor tank. The stack was a nice,touch with the skillet and lid you open from the ground.keeps rain out any gets alot of attention. A 20 gallon aluminum water tank is bolted under the hood.this water supply is handy for washing/ showering rtc and has a 12 v pump as well. For sale is a homemade reverse flow smoker from a 250 gallon gallon propane tank(twice as big as 125 gallon what most other smokers are) It has 2 racks of heavy grates(upper and lower on each side) and 100 lb propane tank fire box that can double as a grill if you wish. The smoker is welded to a 7' x 13' screened trailer made from metal screen and 2x4's with a metal roof and metal pipe vent. It has good tires and I will thrown in a spare tire! I have the state of Florida trailer title for the trailer as well as a hitch lock for it. This smoker cooks the best BBQ ever. I bough this for a BQQ business that never took off. We have cooked the hog and wrapped it tight, locked the lids and pulled it on site. you could grill tons of food at once on this large cooking area. We have fed 200 people meat from this grill at one time. the grill is made from a 275 gallon fuel tank. we keep it tagged to move from place to place in my catering business. It comes with 2 tongues, a long one and a short one. Each side has a oak rail that folds up for nice usable space. the trailer measures 5 x 8 ft, the long tongue is 7 ft. the trailer has been sitting a while, could use new paint. but in very good shape. single axle, good tires. BBQ Grill, Smoker, Cooker on duel axle trailer
I am unsure as to what year the smoker is. But I purchased it some time ago and have used it a for company events or gatherings etc. This thing is huge, you could easily BBQ two complete hogs, a small cow or cremate a bothersome neighbor with it. The trailer is 14' long and 8' wide, the BBQ chamber is 8' long by 3' in diameter and the smoker is 3' x 2' It has two places for propane tanks to rest, a propane hook up, a pot cooker, a compressor hook up for the smoker, and a water hook up for a faucet. The bad. The trailer needs some TLC. the bottom of the smoker is rusted out in one big patch, there is also a rusted out place between the smoker and main bbq chamber. The fenders could stand to be replaced or not, the smoker vent needs some patch work, as does the wiring. The lock box is missing the door(welded wire mesh) ... moreThe good. I took it to a local welding shop and they quoted me $350 for all the welding repair, + $50 for the door, I figure probably another $50 to get the wiring up to snuff. New paint would run $80(Eastwood high temp 1200 degree is $29.00 a quart) two quarts would coat it 4 times I am sure. A new rig like this would likely cost $4000-$6000. Terms. This is not a need to money thing for me, so low balling will get you nowhere, would like the space in my parking lot though so I am flexible as to making a deal.
