J&R 250RFS wood burning smoker manufactured in Mesquite Texas in 2006. This unit was used in a bbq restaurant until the fall of 2012 when we upgraded to a larger unit. This unit works well and was able to keep up with the daily demands of the restaurant and catering until we added a second location. J&R smokers produce an excellent product with little effort. Unit is currently set up and could be cooked on if interested. We kept it as a backup unit but have just not needed it for a year now so its time to sell.
