1996 Fender Telecaster Tex-Mex Special (Fat Tele)
Candy Apple Red Tex-Mex Tele Special from 1996. The finish has aged in a way I can't recall seeing on other guitars. And no one has ever given me a definitive answer as to its cause. The top coat is smooth- all of what looks kinda like weather checking is actually happening underneath, in the pigmented layer of the paint. These pics represent the look very accurately. Previously routed and wired for a Nashville set-up(Strat middle pickup) but I've returned it to stock for the sale. That means a Fender Humbucker(can't recall the exact model they were using in'96) and a Tex-Mex Tele pickup in the bridge. The bridge pickup is overwound. Which helps it balance with the humbucker a bit better and can push you into more aggressive tones a bit more easily than something with a lower output. 5-Way switch splits the HB in positions ... more2 and 4, so you've still got access to an approximation of traditional Tele pickup arrangements. Fender gig bag included.

Moonstone Not-A-Tent Gore-tex Bivy Sac
I bought this Moonstone Not-A-Tent brand new for $240. When Moonstone was at the top of the list of outdoor companies. I had intentions of using it often. More often then not it got used as a waterproof sleeping bag cover in a car camping tent on a cot. The one time I used it like a Bivy should be used it got dusty and dirt dirty. So like a dummy, I washed it as I would my Moonstone Gore-tex parka. The result as seen in the pics was damage to the mosquito netting. I did a fairly good job repairing it with McNett seam grip and packing tape( a backpacker mag trick) It is bug proof once again but not as pretty as it once was. It is made with Moonstone's 3 layer Gore-tex rip stop fabric on top and a waterproof fabric bottom. It is seam taped for waterproofness. A couple of the pieces of waterproof tape have started to peel around the corners ... morefrom age. It does not seem to affect the waterproofness as it is over the stitching of the stake out loops. A little seam grip coul solve the problem. Other than that, it still looks brand new. Here is what the tag that I still have says: Waterproof/breathable Gore-tex top, Self supporting collapsible poles, zippered mosquito net, skylight with roll up rain fly, fully seam taped, stuff sack included, total weight 31oz, fits users to 6'4" It can be used with or without the Delrin poles and entry and exit is fairly easy from the large half moon zipper. Garmont Zenith Mid Gore-Tex Hiking Boots - Size 8.5 USED
I have worn the boots on two separate hikes. The first was a short 4 miler after I got them to break them in. And the second was a two-day 26 mile loop. So, in all, the boots have about 30 miles on them. Boots have a Gore-Tex lining, but both hikes were in mostly dry terrain so I never got the chance to see how they perform in wet conditions. The shoes have a couple small scuffs. But on the whole they are in excellent condition. I really liked the boots-I'm only selling them because they were a tad too narrow. Not that they necessarily run narrow. I have a very wide foot, so most normal width shoes prove too tight, just like these. Please don't hesitate to email questions.

Lightly used pair of Coleman hiking boots in brown. Nice all terrain tread. Last three lace hooks are"ski boot style" hooks to keep everything tight and secure. Moved out of the great white north and these need a good home. Men's size 10 USA and the width is not specified but guess std"D" My foot is narrow and these did lace up fine. And of course you can vary the sock thickness. Gore Tex protection. There has been no attempt to hide the scuffs. A bit of leather conditioner and these should look like new. Vintage 1985 The North Face Extreme Red Large Gore Tex Ski Jacket
This is an original 1985 The North Face Extreme jacket that I purchased brand new. This is not insulated. It is a shell that I used for a few years. It's still in great condition but it is wrinkled. A couple of very small areas need the stitching repaired where the Velcro is attached. It's hard to see in the pictures but it also has a hood that attaches with snaps. Everything about this is original. There are no tears or stains and it's a Large. Good Luck
