Used propane pig cooker. Little rough but gets the job done. Selling as is. Drum measures 48"s across and 31"s tall. Old homemade cooker and well used. Works good. Pulls good. Has some issues. Tires show drying on the sides but have good tread and hold air good. Some holes are burned through in the bottom of the drum, see pics. Might want to support the grate if you put anything real heavy on it, cooking grate sags a little. 1 7/8" ball. 5 lug 14"s tires. Used propane pig cooker. Rough shape but gets the job done. Drum measures 48"s across and 31"s tall. Old homemade cooker and well used. Homemade burner puts out a good flame. Pulls good. Has some issues. Tires show drying on the sides but have good tread and hold air. About roughly a 10" by 4" hole burned through in the bottom of the drum. Would be easy to patch if you wanted to. Good place to place a pan underneath to catch the drippings. Cooking grate is thin, might want to support the grate if you put anything real heavy on it, grate sags a little. 1 7/8" ball. 5 lug 14"s tires. Not sure what type rims, about 4 1/2"s between center to center lug nuts. If you add another grate in the bottom it should be able to cook with wood or charcoal, would probably want to add an access door on each side to work the ... morecoals. Custom built" one of a kind" mobile rotisserie cooker. This is the biggest. Baddest smoker you have ever seen or cooked on. Lets start with the trailer. It is 40 feet long, 8 feet wide, has three 8000 lb axles, 8 lug wheels, with electric brakes. It has a sleeping/ resting area up front that has a roof air with heat. Dual Corian counter tops and a deep sink for washing up. The trailer also has a 14 ft by 4 ft fold out which is needed when the trailer is set up to work the cooker. Lights for working after dark and metal flooring for easy clean up.The front of the trailer is covered with smooth metal which is painted. It also has another storage area under the front. It has 4 heavy duty crank down jacks which stabilize the cooker while it is in use.The entire rig weighs about 14,000 lbs. but pulls easy with the right truck. Now for ... morethe cooker. The tank is 3/8 thick and 16 feet long. It has 3 seperate cooking areas which has six. 16" X 54" trays in each section. Each section has its own fire box which is made out of 1/4 inch steel. All fire boxes have a damper for controlling the temperature and to make cleaning the box easier. Each section has 2 doors. One for loading the smoker and another door which opens at the same time on the back of the pit so the smoke will exit the pit instead of getting in your eyes. I have used this cooker about 4-5 times and it will cook the juciest meat you have ever seen or tasted. This cooker is for the person who wants pull up at a tailgate party and cook for several hundred people with no problem. If you are cooking on the middle pit the other two will run about 185-200 degrees and can be used to keep things warm or heat sausage. All three cookers have commercial 6 inch temperature gauges. I have cooked 90. 10/12 lb briskets at one time for a fundraiser and charged $ 10.00 each just for the cooking. Smoker Cooker BBQ Camping Trailer
If your looking for something different.this could suit you. 18 months in the making.This Smoker/ BBQ/ Camping Combo is unique to say the least. The entire structure is built from salvaged material. I built this literally one stick at a time,carefully placing each weld and bolt for maximum strength and durability. The tank was an old water storage tank bought in Kearney Missouri not far from Jesse James old home. Tank is approx 8 ft long and you can see by the old rivets dates well into the 1800s. Thickness is about 1/4" Removable grates for charcoal grilling make for easy cleaning. The cabin is just over 6 ft square and approx 6 2" inside height at the peak. I did this so as to have camping space if needed. The floor is 2" thick toung and groove bolted to steel frame.The door is also 2" toung and groove with 2 large hinges ... morealso bolted to the steel frame. Most of the old antiques we're bought in Missouri but a few are from the Colorado territory. Firebox is an old compressor tank. The stack was a nice,touch with the skillet and lid you open from the ground.keeps rain out any gets alot of attention. The old School bell adds character as well and also has a pull rope with an old horseshoe at the end. Very loud. A 20 gallon aluminum water tank is bolted under the hood.this water supply is handy for washing/ showering rtc and has a 12 v pump as well. Trailer is wired in conduit to avoid tearing off wires in rough terrain. Tires aint much to speak of, but all hold air.

This is a Holland Commercial Grill. Great for pigs, chicken, ribs, beef, sausage etc. Great for large crowd cooking. Catering, Churches, Halls etc. Grill comes with(2) 40 lb. propane cylinders(cylinders need to be re-certified) and can use wood chips for smoking. I will also supply the owners manual. I am unsure as to what year the smoker is. But I purchased it some time ago and have used it a for company events or gatherings etc. This thing is huge, you could easily BBQ two complete hogs, a small cow or cremate a bothersome neighbor with it. The trailer is 14' long and 8' wide, the BBQ chamber is 8' long by 3' in diameter and the smoker is 3' x 2' It has two places for propane tanks to rest, a propane hook up, a pot cooker, a compressor hook up for the smoker, and a water hook up for a faucet. The bad. The trailer needs some TLC. the bottom of the smoker is rusted out in one big patch, there is also a rusted out place between the smoker and main bbq chamber. The fenders could stand to be replaced or not, the smoker vent needs some patch work, as does the wiring. The lock box is missing the door(welded wire mesh) ... moreThe good. I took it to a local welding shop and they quoted me $350 for all the welding repair, + $50 for the door, I figure probably another $50 to get the wiring up to snuff. New paint would run $80(Eastwood high temp 1200 degree is $29.00 a quart) two quarts would coat it 4 times I am sure. A new rig like this would likely cost $4000-$6000. Terms. This is not a need to money thing for me, so low balling will get you nowhere, would like the space in my parking lot though so I am flexible as to making a deal.
