It can be hung on the wall or has 4 rubber feet on the bottom so it can be set on the counter top. The compartments are marked paper towels. The dispenser has rust spots, pitting and light scratches but for its age is in good vintage condition and would display nicely. The compartments are clean inside. It is marked Ransburg on the back as shown in picture#7. It measures 12 1/4" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" deep. Please check the pictures for the best description.
