This is a used Kaivac KVJR00 No Touch cleaning system with the built in pressure washer. It powers up and the vacuum runs. And the pump pumps. It has a long hose and a floor wand. It will need some tinkering. There is one caster wheel missing, the plastic end where the floor wand end connects to the tube is cracked, so that plastic piece will need to be replaced or it will lose a little suction. And there is some duct tape around the short hose at the bottom of the machine that connects to the pressure washer. So, you should replace that too. All in all, I would say it needs about $50-80.00 in parts and it should make a nice cleaning machine.
