Mounting hardware is not provided. You need four long screws that fit though holes provided in the unit. We believe the model number of the unit is KB 101 however if you have a questions ask! Comes with 3 of the mounting screws I lost one screw but they are just normal 3 inch screws. I also only have 1 washer for the screws. Measures Approximately 36" Length X 19.5" Height X 4" Width.
