Rod is nice with no nicks, dings or corrosion, I used it in the salt and rinsed it after every use, it is a genuine Orvis, I bought it at the Orvis outlet store in Rehobeth Beach DE myself. Reel is like other Okumas I've had, the drag will stop a horse and the clicker always stops working after about the second time out, it does not hinder performance. It works fine but is starting to show some wear at the line guard. The line and 30lb dacron backing where new this spring. The butt section is 11 1/2 inches long and the fore grip is 13 inches long. The butt cap is a Truline, Type A, flared cap and the reel seat is a Fuji DPSD graphite,w/stainless hood. This rod was designed for 40– 60 pound line. The rod is approximately 7 feet in overall length. The second rod is an OKUMA, Blue Diamond, model BD-C-601 rod. This rod is approximately 6 feet in length. The butt section is approximately 12 inches long(including the gimbal) The fore grip is 13 1/2 inches. The reel seat is a hooded graphite seat. And even handled a 7 pound carp flawlessly. The reel has light signs of honest use but is still in great condition and has plenty of life left in it. This Okuma Fishing Multitool in Good Condition seems to be decent quality. It has a spring to keep the pliers open plus a neat rule and built in sharpener. Plastic frame covers(frame is metal) are cracked by 2 of the screws and chiped by another screw. This shouldn't hurt performance being the frame is metal. Tools on one side come out freely but screw may need tightening. Measures 4 3/4" closed.
