But no model marking that I can find. The flex board is marked VNP 1047-B where it attaches to the pickup but that part number didn't return any hits. This pickup may have been used. Can't tell. It was not in a box like the other NOS ones I have, and the ribbon cable end shows possible marks from having been inserted. This auction is for the entire optical pickup and disc motor assembly from a SCD-C333ES as shown. The laser was working prior to being pulled from the unit. The other units listed on ebay you will find are located overseas and are for the laser only; what I'm selling is the whole block that is held in place by two screws and one ribbon cable; installation with the block should be very easy and require no soldering. Only tools you will need are a phillips screwdriver and at least half a brain. Long story short I have a dead c333es thanks to a broken faceplate motor assembly(unrelated to the laser assembly) Repairing the face motor on my end appears to be incredibly cost prohibitive or more likely impossible due to lack of parts so I'm selling the laser from my unit to try to recoup my losses.
