Handcarved Elephant Head Table DIY project
This is quite the conversation piece: a trunk or a table? It is flat on top when closed with ample space for storage. The table is 36 1/4 in. long and 18 in. wide. The depth for storage is 5 3/4 in. Each corner is a carved elephant head and the front legs of the elephant extend down to make table legs. There are three rows of tacks around the bottom part of trunk/table and one row on top. There are metal bands on the elephant heads and metal handles on each end of the trunk so it is easy to move. One elephants head needs reattached and a partial leg has been amputated and is missing(see pictures) The top needs refinished. Due to the size of this piece it is for pick-up only unless buyer makes his own shipping arrangements.

Dual 1218 Automatic Turntable - Great DIY project!
This Dual 1218 turntable does not work. But is in excellent cosmetic condition! It has a small dent in the top of the tone arm(visible in picture#2) but the tone arm itself is straight. It has a few other bumps and scratches, nothing significant. It does not run, and some of the controls are frozen. The original base is in very nice condition, but is stripped out where the turntable attaches. No cartridge or dust cover will be included, but it will include an automatic spindle(not pictured) Great vintage table waiting for restoration! North American bidders only- I do not ship overseas.

DeArmond Trem-Trol 800 pedal not complete--DIY project? Vintage gear parts etc.
Up for bid here is a very hard-to-find bit of vintage guitar gear. I didn't even know quite what it was at first. Since there's just the DeArmond nameplate, Rowe Industries-Toledo, Ohio"no model number, serial number, etc. But after some internet sleuthing, I discovered that it is the celebrated late 1940s/early 1950s Trem-Trol 800, otherwise known as the grand-daddy of all guitar effect pedals. Various sources claim that it was the first outboard foot-pedal effects unit ever mass-marketed for guitarists. I'm not sure of the complete history, but I can tell you this is the real deal. But here's the sad part of the story: the pedal isn't complete. And therefore doesn't function as it should. If it were intact, it would be a combination tremolo/volume pedal. However, at some point the tremolo part of the equation ... moregot disabled, leaving it as mainly a passive volume pedal. Yes, you read that right.the volume up/down function still works, and doesn't depend on a power supply. But as you can see in the photos. There's some stuff missing from the tremolo part of the unit, chiefly the little tank that holds the fluid(the fluid wobbling back& forth is what would make the tremolo effect) and the rubber-ish wheel that increases the intensity of the wobble. Also missing is the power cord that would run the motor that wobbles the fluid(you can see the empty hole where this cord used to be on the front end of the unit in picture no. 3) But the motor and capstan are(I think) intact.again, I don't know enough about the pedal-or electronics-to know exactly what's what here. If you can find one of these in good working condition. They can cost almost $1,000( This one is obviously not in working condition, as well as being dusty, a bit scuffed, etc. But if you are a DIY fiend and can find the right parts(which are, I believe, available from specialty sources) I think you could restore it to its former glory. Or, conversely, you could use this one for parts if you've already got a

Mirror 13" for Big Telescope Tube Orion? Deep Space DIY Project Used Bargain
After searching quite a while for a big telescope in excellent condition. I finally found one- I took out the mirror to clean it- and left in on a shelf with other photographic equipment. A day or two later, I discovered that the telescope tube had been stolen- I assume the culprits were the cleaning crew. They got the tube, I got the mirror. Funny, right? Well, I will never get around to re-building it- so here it is. Although it is used, I believe that you'll find it to be in very good condition and especially suitable either as a replacement for another mirror, or for the project you've been intending to get to some day when a good mirror is left on your doorstep. I scrutinized the glass closely- there are two black lines each less than 3 inches long and no wider than a single hair that can be discovered if you try- also a barely ... morenoticeable tiny area in the center that looks like a light gray transparent finger print that is less than 1/2 inch square. This a Webster PA Cab. empty when I found it and as I'm selling it. Ultra relic looking but it is actually clean without nasty odors and all the latches 10" baffles and the handles are working fine. Perfect for parts. Restoration, or a ground up amp build. I've owned this cabinet for forty years. At one time I played a lot of square dances where everyone dressed 1930s country and I used this box with two 10" speakers driven as an aux. box. Then I found an old RCA 6L6 2 Channel PA amp that fit right in and found that it had cool guitar sound as a Fender style Tweed Super. With the speaker cabinet closed as in the first photos I also used it as an amp monitor. And easy project if you want to put in a DIY or stock amp of any sort and drive two 10" speakers. I think they were trying to emulate the Boogies of their Day. I have done the first work of stripping out all the heavy SS parts. Has a 15" Baffle as configured but should be room to install two 10"s or one 12" if you prefer. Plywood to my eyes. Not particle board. Dimension 10" X 21.5" X 20.5" Cab and chassis weight is about 31 lbs. The amp chassis is heavy duty aluminum reminiscent of the higher powered Blackface Chassis. You could use some of the base holes already there for tubes. Or rivet/ screw mount an aluminum plate then drill your own. The front and back holes offer lots of options for switches, pots, and jacks that you can cover with your own faceplates. Vintage Deutsch Brothers Louis XV Chair DIY Project/Jackie O Style
First off all these Deutsch Bro. furniture are injection molded. The detail they got from this process was something you could never get from using wood. This means the frames do not chip or crack very often and will outlast multiple recovering's. The company was located in Chicago. And apparently closed sometime from 1920-1927 due to bankruptcy from a fire in their warehouse. It is later noted that the Deutsch Brothers were commissioned in 1961 by Jacquelyn Kennedy to design furniture in the Louis XV style for the East Room of the White House. If you look at the museum pictures her chair was very close in style to this one. Condition: The chair is in sound structural condition with age wear to finish of the frame. The satin quilted fabric has some staining and is washed out from years of sunshine. This as you can see would also need ... morenew webbing. The cushion has a hog hair pad cushion. That's on the tag. These may or may not need refilled. This is just and opportunity to DIY a piece of history and at a starting price that is low low low. Measurements: 34" Wide. 24" Deep. 36" Tall. Dell 1610HD DLP Projector - New Bulb, needs color wheel - Great DIY project
Up for bid is a used Dell 1610HD projector which I am told needs a new color wheel. It has a brand new bulb and displays a very crisp. Sharp image. I was watching this one evening and the color went out. I was told to replace the color wheel for around $50.00 but I am not that mechanical and would screw it up. Bugaboo Cameleon Sun Canopy DIY project...
