Used Lafert LM 80-4 3/4 horsepower 220V electric motor
Up for auction is a used Lafert electric motor. It's model is a LM 80-4, it's a 3/4 horsepower motor and is a 220 volt unit. This motor is used, but works fine, it was on a old Coats wheel balancer and I removed it when we scrapped the unit thinking I may need it for a project, that was six years ago, and I'm tired of it sitting on my shelf! This is obviously not a new motor, it shows age, but functions fine, the two wires to the capacitor are slightly frayed and should probably be replaced, other than that the motor has no issues. This was on a wheel balancer in a small volume shop, so this motor hasn't seen many hours on it, give it a coat of paint and it would be like new.
