For sale is a good. Dependable air compressor with plenty of air reserve. Up until this past weekend, the compressor has been in my dry basement shop since 1998. The Tank is an industrial 240 gallon receiver w/top mounting plate. The Motor is a 2 hp Baldor single phase 115-208/230 volt that is configured for 230 volts. The Pump is a 2 stage Champion compressor that works perfectly. Also included is a pressure switch and gauge not shown in the photos) Note: Although good in it's current configuration, a higher horsepower motor and larger pulley would be a good upgrade to speed up the cycle time. I had made a universal plate so that any Baldor grinder bolt pattern from their 6" 7" 8" grinders will mount. This base is 20 lbs heavier then the GA16 of today and does not come apart. The base is 1/2" steel 16"W X 14" The height is 37" This stand had no rust on it. I painted and lettered it and its good to go. Guys. This stand exceeds the normal 70 lb limit. BALDOR GRINDER 712. 1/2 HP 110V 7" RUNS GREAT! This Baldor 712 has been externally refurbished and it runs as good as it looks. Both inner and outer side guards were taken off. Cleaned and repainted as well as the grinder itself. I've put on 2 new wheels, one a Norton 220(left side) and a Cincinnati Milacron 120(right side) These wheels have the adapters in them to run almost any wheel ID up to 1 1/4 ID which are on it now. It came in without eye shields so to make it OSHA approved I've put on new non-Baldor replacements. The cord is perfect. Guys, consider this grinder along with the original stand it came on.
