MONARCH EE PARTS Hello. I am basically parting out my old Monarch EER lathe. I wanted to rebuild it at one point but I stumbled on a mint hardindge HLV so my plans changed. This is the 2 speed gearbox with the attached dc motor. I can disassemble the two but the price remains the same because the bell housing is part of the motor and also part of the gearbox, so if they are separated one of them is useless. Fully functional. This is a used fan motor that came out of an"Amana 240V 1 ton(12.000 BTU) p-tac unit" the bearings show no notable wear of any kind that I was able to detect, I bench tested the motor and it functions perfectly, this motor requires a"5 mfd. 370V motor run capacitor" and this motor DOES NOT come with a capacitor(a 440V capacitor can also be used) if however you need a capacitor to go with this motor, let me know before making the purchase and I can incorporate it into the price and invoice you the final price before you pay, the extra cost will be $5.00. There are 2 of these motors listed and the description and condition that I have described accurately describes both motors, the end plates of the motors are made of an aluminum metal and did have a slight bit of dicoloring and or oxidation on the ends of the motors that mounted to the mounting surface inside of the units, so I rough polished the ends with a die grinder and a fine wire cone brush to clean them up, the reason that both of these units were abandoned was because of refrigeration leaks that were unbrazable, the units actually only had about 3 or 4 years of run time on them, I scrapped them out about 4-5 years ago and they've been on my motor shelf ever since. This motor was also used in several other brands of large window units and p-tac units as well. Info I've discovered. But I'm not an expert, so if there is anything you know you need that I can check please let me know. This is a 4-speed motor. It has 7 wires. 2) Brown ones that go the a capacitor(5 MFD/370V) White which is the common, then Black, Green, Yellow, and Red which are the different speeds from fastest to slowest(I tested all of them, but I based the order of the speeds based on ohming the connections
