This item is in good condition with ... moresome cosmetic wear from normal use. This item shows signs a few minor scratches but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The power cord is in good condition with no cuts or frayed areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We turned the speed control dial with no problems to the maximum and the item started rotating without any issues. We then slowly turned down the dial and it slowed down as well. We then tested the item on the touch setting with some slight pressure from our hand and it functioned properly. The on/off switch works correctly as well.
