Used Bridgeport milling machine on Ramco base 10"x45" table. 1hp 220v 3ph J head 8 speed with power down feed. On a Ramco base which is in good condition with minor drill marks and scratches in the table. The ways have some scratches but are still decent. Backlash is less than 1/4 turn in the X and 1/8 turn in the Y. Has one shot lube. The power feed on the X does not work. I can convert this mill to 110v for $160 with a VFD. This mill runs great. Power down feed and kickout work fine. This machine can be picked up from my shop which is 10 miles south and east of downtown Saint Louis. Missouri, forklift loading is free. Milling cutter head set (4 heads) for Bridgeport type mills, R8
4 pc Bridgeport type milling cutter head set All made by Ingersoll. All using the same type of insert(Ingersoll APEH64R01 insert) These are a two turn carbide insert and can be used for a wide variety of material cutting applications. I never bought R8 adapters to mount these cutters on, off hand I do not know the R8 adapter number but the 3 smaller cutter heads has a.750 pilot bore with a.312 keyway and uses a 3/8 cap screw. The larger cutter head has a 1 inch bore with a.375 keyways and uses a 1/2 inch cap screw. With the addition of 2 types of R-8 adapters and buying new inserts. This will make a awesome set of cutter head size options while cutting down on insert types needed for different cutters. Cutter sizes. Large head has a 2 15/16 cutter width. 2 medium heads has a 2 7/16 cutter width. Small head has a 1 15/16 cutter width.
