Bridgeport Mill X- axis Power Feed 8F W/Baldor Motor
This is a factory Bridgeport X Axis power feed unit. Model 8F. It was removed from a former Boeing 1996 dated machine about 5 years ago and was working when removed. It has been stored in a dry climate controlled shop but it HAS NOT been tested and I CAN NOT GUARANTEE it will function. The cord was cut at about 6 1/2 feet when it was removed. The plastic fuze holder on the front is loose and the plastic cable grommet for the small cord on the back of the control unit is loose. The Baldor motor alone is over 600.00 new, this unit is a bargain even if it's only used for spare parts! Ask questions and I will answer to the best of my ability but I am NOT a machinist nor a Bridgeport expert. Bridgeport Mill Stepper Motor Boss CNC Nema 42 Sigma/Superior 850 oz/in
These are working stepper motors taken off of a working Bridgeport CNC mill. They have been tested to work. Auction is for one motor. There are two total available. They have a standard NEMA 42 mounting pattern and a 5/8" keyed shaft. Most of these motors were manufactured by either Sigma or Superior to Bridgeports specifications and provided approximately 850 oz/in of holding torque. They run fine and work well. These are extra motors I purchased as spares for my bridgeport CNC running the same motors but I haven't needed them. I'd rather sell them and put the money into more tooling. Thanks for looking.

Rpm. 1725 Voltage. 115 volts only Shaft Size. 5/8" x 1-1/4" long. The shaft steps up to.774" diameter right up next to the cast iron round section which surrounds it. THIS IS A BRIDGEPORT MILL'M' HEAD. I BOUGHT THIS ALONG WITH OTHER ITEMS THAT I WAS MORE INTERESTED IN. IT LOOKS LIKE THIS HEAD TAKES SOME SMALLER COLLETS NOT LIKE THE R8 THAT THE'J' HEAD TAKES. THIS HEAD SUPPOSEDLY MOUNTS TO THE BACKSIDE OF THE'V' RAM 0F THE'J' HEAD MODEL. SOMEONE HAS DONE A NICE JOB CLEANING AND PAINTING THE HEAD AND MOUNT. I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE CONDITION OF IT OTHER THAN IT TURNS FREE AND SMOOTH. I DID HOOK THE MOTOR TO 3 PHASE 220 VOLT AND THAT DOES RUN FORWARD AND REVERSE.
