Servo 100 Bridgeport Type X Axis Feed Not Working. Milling Mill Power
This sale is for a non-working servo x-axis Bridgeport Power feed. This unit was working great until one day it would not power on. Bevel gears look good and it engages fine. Just doesn't power up. I think the limit switch maybe be bad since it has had problems in the past with sticking. But I really don't know for sure if that's the problem or not. My guess is that it's probably something that's simple to fix, but we just didn't have the time to mess with it. Unit comes with what you see nothing more and nothing less. Posted with

A local company is in the process of re-locating its machine shop facility. In doing so. The maintenance shop is being liquidated along with any surplus tools and accessories from the machine shop. As the pieces are released for disposition they will be listed for sale. I will do my best to describe the items accurately but sale is final so please feel free to ask any questions you might have. Offered here is a Servo Power Feed that came off of a Bridgeport Milling Machine. The feed is a type 90. 91893G-B. I put power to the feed and the indicator light went on, the motor turns both forward and reverse, the Variable Speed works and the limit switch turns the motor off. This was in the maintenance shop but I am not sure what was needed. It is missing the assembly that is driven by the bevel gear and I don't know what else is needed. Servo Model 70 power feed for Bridgeport milling machine
Servo Model 70 Power Feed for a Bridgeport milling machine. This is complete with all the parts necessary to install it- gear for lead screw. Bolts, shims and handle nut- there are, however, no stops for the limit switch. It even includes all the original instructions, parts and repair instructions and drawings. It runs fine, however the stop pin is broken that limits the handle travel when you move it right or left to engage the feed. The cord is also frayed where it goes into the limit switch for the table travel. According to a Servo expert I spoke with, he thinks it's a broken roll pin inside the unit. He also indicated that this is a pretty complicated unit to work on. If you can live with no lever stop, this will work as is. Otherwise, you can repair it or use it for spare parts.
