Mars H-10PM Leak Dectector
I'm selling my used Mars refrigerant leak detector. As any tech knows. If you want to find leaks, you get an H10. This one made it easy to use in attics without 120v nearby. As a basic entry tech. The unit didn't get used much. You can see in the picture there is plenty of reference testing refrigerant to calibrate it with. There are a few issues with it. 1. The battery is dead. So you'll need to get the a/c adapter for it or another battery. I used it with a 12v 1amp adapter and it worked fine. 2. The screws that hold it in place. Don't. It just means you can take the unit apart easily. It doesn't affect performance. It can be easily fixed by gluing the brass anchors that hold the screws in but I never bothered. I've tested the unit and it still works good. And it is nowhere near the max level for heat on the sensor, ... moreso there is plenty of life left in it. Since I can't do heavy work like I used to, I'm selling my a/c test equipment off. Thanks for looking!
