The H-10A is intended principally for use as a serviceman's tool. Although it also can be used for production-line leak checking. Normally the serviceman will use it for leak checking automobile air conditioning, and home and commercial air conditioning or refrigeration equipment. The Type H-10A Halogen Leak Detector consists of a control unit. Probe with 4 1/2 foot cable/hose, and 9 foot power cord, all housed in a shock-resistant simulated-leather case.
