As titled and as pictured. This AC equipment came with a large Matco toolbox I bought from the owner of an auto repair business and I don't know anything about them. So these are sold as pictured for parts only, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be functional as everything else in the toolbox that came with it was functional and well taken care of, so I'm assuming he would have thrown it away if it didn't work, however these are untested as I do not have the knowledge or ability to test any of it. I have a feeling judging from the other tools that came with the lot that this is in and appears to be in good shape with things I've noticed listed below. I don't know anything about this.
