Vintage Snow Skiing MAMMOTH Mountain California Shirt iron on transfer ephemera
You are looking at an original Out Of Print vintage/retro Sparkle heavy duty MAMMOTH vinyl iron on T shirt transfer. Size is approx. 8 1/2 inches x 2 ½ inches. The picture does not show how vivid sparkles are on this transfer. This transfer has been well preserved over the past few decades and is in excellent condition. A light from behind is used to show the transfer as best as possible. This is truly a cool nostalgic collectible. Instructions for Iron-On*Some take longer than others some are easier to do than others. They are COOL PEEL so you need to apply as much pressure and heat as possible evenly around the entire design. I takes approx. 15 minutes of heat and pressure. Let it cool for a minute or two then it should peel right off. NEVER FORCE IT OFF. YOU WILL WRECK YOUR SHIRT. This diminutive piece stands 2 7/8" tall x 2 3/4" wide with an applied loop handle. The mug is light weight and beautifully potted with a blue ponding of a pearlware glaze. It is transfer printed in dark brown with a horizontal swath with the name Ellen surrounded by a plethora of colored flowers and vines. The piece is unmarked. E. Challinor Red & White Transfer Plate Corinthia 8 3/4" Staffordshire 1842-67
Up for bids is an antique Staffordshire Plate in Red and White Transferware. The Plate is made by E. Challinor and is in the Corinthia Pattern. The Plate is 8 3/4" in diameter. It has no chips or cracks. It does have crazing which is consistent with it's age. The Plate dates between 1842-1867 which is when the Edward Challinor Company was in operation in Tunstall. Staffordshire, England. There is a tiny blue dot on the surface of the plate which is probably from when it was fired and there is one pinhead size spot where the glaze is missing on one of the scenes around the border but this is hard to see you can just feel it with your fingertip. It is a wonderful display plate with its red and white or pink and white colour and idyllic country setting scenes. I have explained this item to the best of my ability. Antique Rare Wallis Gimson CLOVER Aesthetic Tureen Black Transfer Ware
This is a wonderful small tureen or covered vegetable dish in a modified rectangular shape. Handles included it measures 10" in length. 7" in width, and 4 1/2" in height. The beehive in the back stamp identifies the maker as Wallis Gimson, a pottery manufacturer in Fenton in the Staffordshire region from 1884 to 1890. The transfer color is black. The lid handle is formed by two overlapping arches. And the glaze has pooled lightly at their base in a pale blue. Design elements include clover foliage and blossoms, also Oriental flowers, sedges with their seeds, and, less pronounced, grape leaves and grape clusters. The glaze on the lid has fine crazing throughout. The interior of the lid has a 1 1/8" chip on one of the small ends, not deep enough to effect appearance or function. There is light staining along the interior ... morerim and lip. The bowl is in excellent condition. With no staining to the interior, and minimal crazing to the exterior. There is a small hairline near one of the handles, picture 10) but the dish is still completely tight. Overall this dish is in wonderful condition and presents very beautifully. And the Clover pattern is so rare it's not even listed.

Very impressive octaganal Vintage English Brown Transfer covered tureen/vegetable bowl with peacock and temple scene. The scene or pattern is identified on back stamp as ceylone and the maker is C. Phillip. The overall condition of this piece is very very good considering it's age. It was gently used and appreciated. There is one slight flake on the underside edge of the cover and two very slight flakes on the underside edge of the bowl. The dimensions are 10 3/8" x 10 3/8" and 7 1/2" tall to the tip of the finial. This is a lovely piece. It's shape is very appealing and it's size impressive. The photos will further speak to it's condition and beauty.

You can see the blue of the pearlware glaze where it pools in the crevices. The coffee pot is 10 1/2 inches tall by 9 1/2 inches wide from spout to handle. The coffee pot has a pastoral scene with a flower border. Cows drink in a river that meanders through a decayed bridge. On the far bank three figures are seen at table under shades with a fourth in attendance. Another couple converse. Behind them a ruined castle towers while a town and mountain can be seen. Antique ironstone pitcher and bowl set. Quite substantially sized. Pitcher is 12" tall, bowl is 15" across and approximately 5" deep. Purple floral transfer pattern. Marked"Ursilla" on bottom with some handpainted numbers in gold. Pitcher is in excellent condition. In the background behind the lake are large buildings(see photos to identify) The piece measures aproximately 10 inches long from handle to end of the spout. By 5 inches wide. The teapot stands approximately 6 1/2 inches to the top of the finial of the lid. The piece is in very nice condition. With only a professionally restored spout end, and a few hairline cracks. Reminiscent of the early RS Prussia china berry bowls sets. This set consists of a large 9-1/2" serving bowl and 4 individual 5-1/4" bowls. None of the pieces are marked with a manufacturer or artist signature.so I cannot say that it is RS Prussia. The bowls all carry the same pattern.a beautiful transfer pattern of roses and leave with touches of hand-painting along the edges of the roses. This same"touches of hand painting" are on the smaller bowls. As well as, the large bowl. ... moreThe roses are on a background of light-green and light brown. The interior edge work is also a transfer pattern of rich gold gilt Victorian-style flourishes. The largest bowl is in very nice condition with one small nick in the foot. But no other chips or cracks.and very few signs of wear. The gold gilt is all in great condition. Two of the smaller bowls have a nick(small chip) on the inside of their rim-foot. Two of the bowls also have spider cracks in the interior of their bases(as seen in the next to the final photo) There are also some white areas in the bottoms of the smaller bowls that may be from wear to the transfer patterns(see photos#4& 5) Be sure to enlarge these photos to see these small details.
