This is a VERY slightly used product. Maybe 5 times at most. You can find directions here: The patented Oncourt Offcourt Arm-Pocket Developer is a unique tennis training aid that makes teaching and learning correct fundamentals easier and more effective for all levels of play. The Arm-Pocket Developer wraps around the chest of a player. And then the biceps of the hitting arm attaches with a second Velcro band to that chest band, keeping the hitting arm tucked into the body. It is attractive, fits nearly everyone, and is made to last for years. Here are some specific corrections that the Arm-Pocket Developer makes with little or no verbal instructions. 1. On the forehand groundstroke and two-handed backhands. It keeps the arm in closer to the body and give players the"feel" for hip, torso, and upper body rotation, which sports scientists ... morehave shown is critical to stroke efficiency and power. 2. On the forehand and backhand volley it controls the hitting arm from taking a big backswing or follow-through. The result of using the Arm-Pocket Developer is a more compact and controlled volley. 3. On returning fast serves or any hard-hit ball, the Arm-Pocket Developer limits the backswing to ensure more successful returns. Tips for use: At first try using the Arm-Pocket Developer for blocked or repetitive stroke practice. Then. After the player gets a"feel" for the more correct and efficient technique, use a technique called"fading" to make sure the player will retain the improvement. Fading" is a proven technique that must be integrated when using any guidance system(like the Arm-Pocket Developer since it literally guides behavior) Fading" tells us to use the guidance system for a certain amount of time or number of repetitions, and then to withdraw the guidance system and have the athlete perform under the same conditions. Vintage Morse G-3 Bakelite 35mm 16mm 8mm Super8 Film Darkroom Developer Tank
A vintage Morse G-3 Processing Tank. This one does 100ft or 30m of film: 35mm. 16mm, 8mm/ Super 8mm. I have used it for processing Super 8 and 16mm motion picture film but I have not used it for 35mm as I had spiral reels for that. It has the window for doing re-exposure of reversal film. The reels adjust easily between the three sizes. The rubber stopper and the rubber feet are in great shape. The tank and lid are made of bakelite. It is in really nice condition, fully functional and ready to use. Pretty straight forward, but instructions can readily be found online. I haven't seen very many that could do 8mm- most seem to be for 16 or 35. Of course, you could do 8mm/S8mm in a tank that does 16mm, but you would need twice as much chemistry to be sure the film was submerged as the film would'ride up' on the reels. If you are processing ... more100ft loads of 16mm. Why buy a Soviet tank that you'll have to wait a month to get and unless you get the super rare 100ft capacity model, you'll have to cut your roll into 50ft halves to process. Local estate find two UNOPENED vintage cans of Kodak Developer DK-60a now available here to you. These are very Old New Stock cans and I am not sure of the shelf life of the contents. The powdered contents does seem loose in the can and does not seem to have hardened. These cans were bought at a local Doctor's estate sale and the Darkroom where they were stored was air conditioned. The cans do show signs of age related wear. The tops do have some light oxidation as seen in the photos. Kodak will probably be out of business soon and I thought these would be great for collectibles or as decoration. Own a bit of computing nostalgia: Apple's first developer release for it's'Rhapsody' OS. The precursor to OS X and designed to run on PC-compatibles from the late 90s. One install CD and two install floppy disks are included. I installed this once when it was delivered to me(Oct 97) then packed them away. They've been gently stored at room temperature for the last 15 years along with other CDs and floppy disks( not crushed under boxes and books) CD looks fine. But I don't have a way to check the floppy disks. I'm assuming they still work, but if they don't contact me and we'll work something out.
