AB Dick 360 2 Color Offset 11 x 17 Printing Press - Repair or Parts
AB Dick 360 2 Color Offset Printing Press- 11" x 17" Chain Delivery, T-head& AirTech Powder Sprayer This press was in production up until recently when the air compressor started making noises and then lost vacuum. It does power on and run but you cannot feed paper because there is no vacuum. It has a chain delivery. It comes with the T-head second color unit pictured which will be unmounted for shipping to protect the brass mounting parts. The AirTech Powder Sprayer works fine. A belt for the side jogger in the delivery needs replaced. This does not affect the printing. You can still adjust the position of the jogger but you have to get your hands dirty. No biggie. We simply jog by hand or use an electric paper jogger off press. This press has a cloth roller installed that you moisten to reduce or eliminate tracking when printing ... morecoated stock. The rubber rollers are in good condition. This press uses the original integrated watering system. It prints up to 11" x 17" I am including 3 blankets and the water bottle. I will also include the belt for the side jogger when I find it. It has been misplaced in the mess created while we are in the process of moving our shop. If you buy this press and I find it after I ship. I will mail it to you at no cost. I am selling this press instead of repairing it because we are moving our shop into a larger building on Feb 15th and I have a press that has been in storage for a couple of years that I couldn't fit through the doors at our present location but I had already signed the lease. AB Dick 350 Offset Printing Press- Used for On-Press Perf/Score/Slit I never used this press to print although the previous owner did. I used it to perforate tickets and NCR forms. At the time it was the only way I could afford the ability to offer perforation. Scoring and slitting. I couldn't buy an actual perforating unit and I saved money by offering this service in-house instead of outsourcing it. And it's a lot less expensive than buying pre-perforated stock. I got this press back at the very beginning of my business. I have since purchased an actual unit to do these tasks and on larger sheets. The press has been in storage for a couple of years and I need to get it moved. It was running great when we put it away. If you want to use it as a printing press you will need to replace all the rubber rollers. I cannot and will not ... moreguarantee that it will print as I myself never used it to print. I can only go by the previous owner's words but I trust him because everything else I bought off of him works as he advertised. You can go to H. S. If you're within 150 miles of me I will come to your shop and teach you, also for free. You can use these rules on many presses but you will need to constantly change blankets.
