Vibratory finishing cleaning machine
This is a real nice and well-built heavy vibratory cleaner. It is made by L.S. Industries. This machine is just not being used anymore. It has done a great job many years and still works good. It has been painted and the only broken spring was replace to put it back in great shape. It has three counter weights that can be easy adjusted to change the agitation. This allows for a heavy or light shaker to handle your parts. It has a long cord that I guess is close to 10 ft. It sets on three rubber mounts so no problem with level. The dimensions are(Machine) L-48in W-38in H-48in(Chamber) L-28in W-16in H-16in. It is 220 volt single phase and has a 110 socket on back for recirculating pump. The machine has a separate tank for fluid run off. it also has drain top so parts can drain or dry. It has some worn ceramic rock in it now and could go right ... moreto work but will need to be renewed. Almco 5 Cu Ft Long Radius Vibratory Finishing Bowl
I have an OR-5VLR finishing bowl for sale. It is a long radius machine with internal parts separation and variable speed. 3ph/480v control panel. 3 part settling tanks. Auto lube. This machine was purchased after I got a lot of advice from different people who thought it would work for finishing some pretty small and delicate parts I am manufacturing. Long story short. It did not work as my parts are much too small and soft. I need a completely different finishing system so this thing needs to go. I did not buy this machine new so I do not know it's complete history. It was purchased from surplus and I have not put more that 40 hours on it myself. Whomever had this before it went to surplus put a great deal of time and money into it. It had been taken apart. Repainted, and I'm suspicious it may have been relined. I can not prove that ... morethough. What I can say for sure is that the liner is in very good condition and I do not know of any issues with the bowl. Motor, and base. Regarding the control panel. There is some minor repair work that needs to be done on the control panel. Once again I do not know the full history but I am not sure the control panel was ever used. I did not use it as I did not care about automatic parts separation and I do not have 480v available. I operated the bowl on 240v with a separate VFD(not for sale) So. I never powered the control panel and I don't think anyone ever has since there is no"power in" hole drilled in the box. The inside is in beautiful condition. The outside has been bumped around. Three of the control buttons were broken in shipping to me and the corner of the door was smacked. Please see the picture. As far as I can tell, the switches are just fine but the button parts need replacing. Also one of the two timers was smashed pretty badly. It can not be saved and will need to be replaced.
