This is a Handler Mfg Co commercial polishing machine that is for dental or Jewelry manufacturing. But can be used on copper or aluminum or any metal. there are two holes behind the wheels that collect the dust that comes off of the wheels and brings it down into the bottom of the cabinet and through two 1" filters. second to last picture shows one of the filters in place. There is a pan in the bottom that collects the larger particles that can be removed and emptied. The motor has quick change shafts as seen in the 3rd picture. You turn the lever on the out put shaft and it allows the shaft and buffing wheel to be removed, It does not rotate with the wheel for safety. The Red Wing motor is a full 1/4 horsepower and is two speed 1725/3450 rpms. It is 120 volt and can be plugged in anywhere and only draws 3.3 amps.
