Scratches, small dents and minor surface rust. Center housing enclosure is marked"LEACH" The two shielded dust collection work areas each measure approx 20" wide x 23" deep x 24" high. Entire machine and bench measures approx 55" x 32" x 60" overall floor space. Bench table feature somewhat of a bottom shelf. The wooden framing over the years has some racking or movement play and you may want to upgrade ... moreor reinforce it some. This machine also includes a electrical starter, there is no plug end as this was hard wired directly to a panel. Buffing wheels will probably need to be replaced. The buffing wheels can also be adjusted for many other specific applications of adding or reducing the spacing distances of shafts for the buffing wheels. This was actually checked and tested to function fully and properly just prior to it being removed from the previous business. Very simplified and easy to service this machine. A great machine that with some minor attention of repainting and to the wood framing will give you a very long term lasting usages of much production work and should look great again.
