Clevis to tab swivel for HDD. There is not a brand name. Part number or weight limit stamped on the part. It is 11" long, 3" diam, weighs 16.5 lbs. and has 7/8" holes. Based on the color, I believe it is Ditch Witch Brand. I know little about this so rely more on the pictures than description. The swivel turns freely and has a grease fitting.
