But the programs on it are defective. There are no lights on the panel. The power switch does turn the furnace on and the heat rate can be set. The muffle is fine, thermocouple is fine, but controls are not working beyond that at all. On the far right hand side of the control panel is a"Raise" switch that starts the platform to go up but it will stop and then come back down. There is no vacuum pump with this furnace. This auction is for a used Jeneric Pentron Auto-Press Plus Porcelain Furnace. We were able to bake nice porcelain crowns and successfully run a few pressing programs. We could not fully test the pressing functionality of this oven because we do not have the accessories and materials for pressable ceramics. This oven is in mint cosmetic condition and has only 829 firing cycles on it. Because the door gasket does not sit well in its place there is an air leak and the vacuum pump turns on and of to keep the vacuum level above 700 mm. Sold as is.

Dental Lab Equipment: Jelenko Flagship Vacuum Porcelain Furnace VPF
This furnace is still currently working but the oven is very tempermental. Sometimes it has a vacuum malfunction because the gasket around the base needs to be wiped clean. Also the base needs to be pushed from left to right in order for the table to rise up properly. Sometimes the functions do not light up- but it doesn't mean it is not working- what I have done is turn off the power for about ten minutes. Turn it back on and then the programs light up. Comes with the: 1) furnace. 2) operating and maintenance manual. This is a computerized. Programable oven. It is still working but I am listing it for parts because of all the above mentioned issues and it has been repaired twice. We are selling it for parts but there is a chance it will still be working when you receive it.

I shot a video showing from start to end(reached 1100F) I brought this furnace for my little gold melting experiment. But I failed at the"Aqua Regina" stage so I never successfully re-solidified the liquid gold back to the solid form and so, I've never used this furnace to to do the smelting.
