There are two large 10" ports on one side of the chamber as shown above(the one in the background is covered and the one in the foreground is not) The image that follows was thrown in just for the colors shown on the inside of the inner heat shield panels. The small ports have shutters. The top of the image above shows the shutter inside(hard to see) for the port below right. Dental Lab Equipment: Jelenko Flagship Vacuum Porcelain Furnace VPF
This furnace is still currently working but the oven is very tempermental. Sometimes it has a vacuum malfunction because the gasket around the base needs to be wiped clean. Also the base needs to be pushed from left to right in order for the table to rise up properly. Sometimes the functions do not light up- but it doesn't mean it is not working- what I have done is turn off the power for about ten minutes. Turn it back on and then the programs light up. Comes with the: 1) furnace. 2) operating and maintenance manual. This is a computerized. Programable oven. It is still working but I am listing it for parts because of all the above mentioned issues and it has been repaired twice. We are selling it for parts but there is a chance it will still be working when you receive it.

USED NEY BARKMEYER MARK III FURNACE W/GAST VACUUM PUMP. Click picture to enlarge click picture to enlarge This is a used Ney Barkmeyer Mark III Porcelain Furnace with Gast Vacuum Pump. Complete in fine working condition. The furnace is Model No. 94-90-425, serial number B11306, rated 115 volts AC single phase, 60 hertz, 15 amps. The Gast vacuum pump is Model No. DAA-V163-EB, serial number 9709701462, rated 115/110 volts AC single phase, 3.5/3.6 amps, 60/50 hertz. Everything here has been checked out in our lab and it is working fine. All controls and meters are working fine. In this furnace design you hold the front door closed momentarily manually to achieve hold-in of vacuum, then you let go and everything works automatically. The vacuum is released by operating a rotary switch manually. Everything is wroking perfectly. The vacuum pump ... morecomes with a 5 foot long power cord with 3-prong plug end that fits the back of the furnace receptacle for powering the pump from the furnace front manual control. The vacuum pump runs fine. A 5 foot long reinforced plastic vacuum hose 3.8 inch OD 1/4 inch ID connects the vacuum pump to the furnace. The furnace has a 70 inch long AC power cord with standard American 3-prong plug end. The furnace is 15-1/4 inches wide by 13 inches deep with the furnace door closed and including cord ends by 19 inches tall. A 20-1/2 inch total depth is needed to open the furnace door fully. A clearance width of 22 inches allows the furnace door to open all the way to the side. The furnace chamber has a front brick piece(see in picture) and the chamber is 2-1/2 inches wide by 1-1/2 inches high by 4 inches deep. The furnace weighs 33 pounds net. The pump is 7 inches in maximum width by 12 inches long by 8 inches tall and it weighs 24 pounds net.
