Ney Porcelain Ovens Includes: 4 Ovens(2x 660 Modular) and(2x Mark III) 3 muffles Ovens are in various states and I assume all will need some form of repair. Came from a dental company that was moving locations. Found on Dental Supply website for $800.00 without vacuum pump Looks like some are missing the readout display on front. 1 is missing the muffle. Click picture to enlarge click picture to enlarge This is a used Ney Barkmeyer Mark III Porcelain Furnace with Ney SuperVac Vacuum Pump. Complete in fine working condition. Pilot lights on the front left of the control panel are not working, nor is the mechanical timer there, but these are not affecting the furnace operation at all. A set of tongs are also provided(see in picture) The furnace is serial number 41809, rated 115 volts AC single phase, 60 hertz, 1720 watts. The oil type vacuum pump is product code no. 939-02-10, serial number 15027, rated 115 volts AC single phase, 2.25 amps, 60 hertz. Everything here has been checked out in our lab and it is working fine. The vacuum pump comes with a 6 foot long power cord with 3-prong plug end that ... morefits the back of the furnace receptacle for powering the pump from the furnace control. The furnace has a 6 foot long AC power cord with standard American 3-prong plug end. A 54 inch long plastic vacuum hose 3/8 inch OD connects the pump to the vacuum connection for the furnace. The furnace is 15-1/8 inches wide by 12 inches deep with the furnace door closed and including cord ends by 19 inches tall. A 20 inch total depth is needed to open the furnace door fully. The furnace chamber has a front brick piece(see in picture) and the chamber is 2-1/2 inches wide by 1-1/2 inches high by 4 inches deep. The furnace weighs 33 pounds net. The pump is 9 inches in maximum width by 9 inches long by 9-1/2 inches tall and it weighs 22 pounds net. The Gast vacuum pump is Model No. DAA-V163-EB, serial number 9709701462, rated 115/110 volts AC single phase, 3.5/3.6 amps, 60/50 hertz. In this furnace design you hold the front door closed momentarily manually to achieve hold-in of vacuum, then you let go and everything works automatically.
